I loved the layout of the rooms, and the fact that every time I have stayed there, the rooms and the facilities are always so clean.

It’s a bummer that there is no breakfast. I know there is a kitchenette in the room, but typically when one is traveling, there are other things going on, and not much time/ desire to cook.

The location was good, right on our travel route. The room was set up for disability people. I like all the safety features. Nicely appointed kitchenette, 3 chairs, room to move around. Very nice staff, quiet suroundings. Very clean!!!

The microwave is located below the counter top, for wheelchair bound people. It is very hard to operate standing. It would be better placed on the counter top.

Very nice clean hotel. Very large room. My room had the kitchen which was really nice that came with nice dishes and cooking tools. They even provided a basket that we could use to carry clothes down to laundry room. Love the feather down pillows.

Did not like that had to take towels and wash cloths down to front desk if wanted new ones. They tan put of wash cloths so I just had to wait for them to wash the ones I was turning in. They did not know the TV box was missing I had to report that the TV was not missing. This should have been known before my arrival but they did take care of it quickly. The room always smelled stuffy like a nursing home everytime we walked in. They may want to invest in deodorizer for rooms.

Location was great. The people were excellent.

We had a two-bed room but only had one chair, which I didn't understand. It was inconvenient not to have two chairs for the times we ate a meal in the room.

Great and quiet location - super close to shopping and food. The building looked well maintained and kept up. Super friendly front desk staff. I thought the bed was comfy, but my husband did not. (personal preference) I LOVE that they had a hand soap pump instead of bar soap. I have been waiting for ALL hotels to adopt this practice for years and years!

The bathroom was a little dirty. There was some trash on the floor when we got to our room. The shower needs an upgrade!

It was clean, parking lot well lit, convenient to all locations, kitchen set up nice, bathroom shelving, beds are comfortable

No ice machine even with fridge, be nice for sports teams. No breakfast, but plenty options

The staff were all wonderful. Really great people!

Internet was OK. Some bathrooms could use a remodel, very dated / old.

The staff is excellent! Very safe environment where they look out for their customers. I would especially like to thank Kara & Taylor for all that they helped with, they are wonderful!
