This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have come across in all Bolivia.....My room was large and serviced daily....Sleep quality was perfect.Breakfast each morning was exceptional-a large variety of food nicely presented....The location could not be better-right beside Plaza Sucré....The staff were friendly and helpful-Daniella,Mariella and Juan Carlos....Top marks....10 out of 10.

I liked everything.

The Hotel is in the centre so it’s pretty close to everything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked everything about the hotel but my only suggestion would be to have a locked luggage storage and probably have only staff members going in and out of it.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with extra blankets that could also be used on the included couch. Great abundant breakfast.

We didn't realize there was a heater (assumed the unit was A/C) until a couple days in. Our mistake, but a label or instructions would have been helpful.

rather awkward door into bathroom area but this is just a design fault. It would have worked better to have a sliding door.

Friendly staff,good location,nice room with a good shower and most importantly I arrived at 6am in the morning and they let me check in early which was great after an overnight bus

Location. Modern look. Good room size. AC, small fridge. Water kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

I wish the room had a small desk. As a business traveller I appreciate the comfort of a small working space in the room.

staff was very helpful, the hotel is brand new and facilities were in very good status

during the night hte elavator had a aproblem and was doing some regular noise, the room and everything was very clean, but some areas were not so clean as behind the door of the bathroom.
