I stayed just one night, but I truly enjoyed it. The room was very spacious, beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable — it’s rare to find such a large and spotless room, and I really appreciated it. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes — very complete and satisfying. The location was perfect, not far from the airport, and the staff were kind and professional. I will definitely come again! The only very small issue was that I was hungry around 11:30 p.m. and asked the reception if it was possible to order food. One staff member kindly said he would check and call my room if he found anything open, but unfortunately, he never called back. It was probably just a small oversight. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’m really grateful for the wonderful stay. Thank you!

- Transfer service. Fast and comfortable. - The room was clean and decently sized, with everything you need to spend one night between the flights. Also, the hotel provided a baby crib as we requested, and it was a real baby crib, not just an additional bed. We really appreciated this. - The breakfast is excellent, with many different dishes of every taste. - The personnel is very hospitable and polite.

At checkout, we requested a backward transfer to the airport. As there were no available cars, the receptionist had called a taxi for us and said that was cost about 5 euros like a hotel transfer. But when we reached the airport the driver demanded double price from us. Since we were in a hurry and didn't have time to negotiate, we were forced to pay. I understand it is not the hotel's fault, but it would be nice if the hotel negotiated prices with the taxi drivers they call, so you won't be forced to pay an extended price.

Airport shuttle wasn't available when I needed to be picked up from the airport. I assume the reason was the late hour. I was told to take a taxi. But this meant changing money, finding a taxi, enduring the bad mood of the taxi. driver because of the short distance to the hotel, plus having to carry the luggage from the street to the hotel entrance. I had specifically asked the hotel about the shuttle for arrival after 11pm and was told that it's no problem and there was no mention of any limit to times for which a pickup can be arranged The main reason for booking this hotel had been the airport transfer, so this affects my rating. Incidentally, a taxi is a little cheaper than the shuttle at just over 100 TL at midnight.

CHECK-IN: easy and professional. Much space to stop, park, unload your stuff and do things with no stress STAFF: nice and helping. The airport shuttle worked very good for us. WIFI/VPN: works, but don't forget Booking.com is blocked for Turks, so for your research you need a foreign IP via VPN or roaming. SIZE: huge, really appreciated the extra size we could move around with no issue CLEAN: yes BATHROOM: very nice: clean and with an huge shower box QUIET: despite the cars running and honking all day long we could sleep if windows were closed LOCATION: nothing special, just very close to the airport, which was our main need. SERVICES AROUND: groceries backers and malls, but we weren't lucky with restaurants

For services you are probably fine. If you need nice restaurant or to visit something you need to move and drive. On the other hand, the airport is really 10 minutes away with no traffic.

the property is well managed and maintained, it is obvious that maintenance of this property is a priority. extremely clean and tidy. rooms were quiet and spacious. the breakfast was good quality and a nice selection of food and beverages offered. the location is excellent with a upscale area within a one minute walk where restaurants and coffee shops are abundant and concentrated in one location.

Well maintained hotel with good services. Good location of the hotel with a beautiful view towards the city. Spacious room with all necessary amenities to make you feel welcome. And most importantly staff knew english which was a great advantage for a person like me to feel safe. Moreover hotel is surrounded with restaurants and cafe to make get a glimpse of the street food and vibes.

My room overlooked a lorry car park. They were often moving the lorries around at night, and they were making quite a bit of noise with their reversing warning sound. The pillows were too thick.

We had to book this hotel last minute because of flight problems at the airport. Was a pleasant surprise. By this time, we had spent a lot of time in Turkey and never thought to find this charming area so close to the airport. LENS is Europeon and Cosmopolitan. The people are friendly, the food is great and there is shopping. The hotel was nice enough and the staff was very nice. Thank You.

It's clean, but I think it needs some good chemicals around basins and showers to get rid of brown scuff marks.

This is the second time we stay here between flights. The hotel is perfect, has everything you need for comfort transit - clean rooms, delicious breakfast, kind and hospitality staff that always in touch for help in any questions. Despite the hotel is slightly overpriced for transit hotel, the comfort you get worths it.

Super convenient location for the business trip to Istanbul Technopark and locations near Sabih Gokcen Airport (SAW). Clean and big rooms. Friendly and helpful stuff. The breakfast had a wide range to choose from, but lack of local pastry (like Baklava) - more European-American type of breakfast.

The internet wi-fi had some issues, but was fixed.
