Location was very good, the room was ok, comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious

I think it was a bit run down... for example, some bits and pieces were old, the towels they gave us were old and blue (they were supposed to be white), the toilet paper in the bathroom was almost finished when we got there. I think they could do a better job with the cleaning for sure. Breakfast was delicious but it ended very quickly...when we went there (more than an hour before it ended) some food had ended and was not replaced.

I like the location that was closed to the main highway. But was not noise.

I don’t like that in the breakfast, we have to wait until the cook more food or they don’t refill the food trades

Room was way too small for the hotel chain . A bit pricey too for a queen bed and a table.

Great service

Everything was clean, modern. When i arrived they give me my key right away but when a look the room they give me a suite because it was supposed to be all booked when I did my reservation online and instead of two beds they give me the suite with a couch that turns into a bed for the kids. I asked and decided to give me that suite that it was more expensive instead of a regular with one bed only because they already had two rooms canceled that day if they wouldn’t cancel those 2 room, I probably wouldn’t had any room or neither my money back. They treat me really good by giving me that suite and giving me extra sheet for the couch.

I just didn’t like that when we arrived the air was off I just wish if they turn it on before we arrived the rooms would be more fresh and instead it took a while to keep it fresh. That was my only complaint but es else was perfect to be my first reservation online
