Beautiful hotel with amazing stuff always looking after you. The food was amazing With a variety of choices. The staff was really nice even when we arrived we were offered a free early check in. When we left we also had a free late check out (at 12pm instead of 10am). The water in the pool and hot tub was very warm and nice. The prices are very good and realistic for a 5 star hotel in alps. Recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and nice holiday with an amazing view.

I liked everything

It is a wonderful Chalet,with spectacular view. The amenities are unique. The infinity pool is breathtaking, All the accomodation is very clean (spa,room). The shared places are wonderfully decorated. The breakfast is very nice with plenty of choices.. All the personnel is very kind and helpful, especially Giada who welcomed us, informed us completely, with kindness and humour and answered every question we had for the services. It is an excellent choice for calmness and jubilation!!

Love the concept and idea behind this Chalet. Loved every minute of our stay. The staff are very helpful and do their best to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as much as possible. An excellent breakfast service and very good food. The spa facilities, especially the outside pool and hot tubs are amazing to enjoy against the backdrop of the mountains. An experience which I truly recommend. Loved the DJ sessions by the pool.

Sadly the spa closed in my opinion too early (at 7pm)! It would be ideal if the pool remains open as I am sure the guests would enjoy and sock in the Chalet experience more making it more enjoyable.

The staff and the hotel is so amazing 😻

Chalet Al Foss is a very special hotel with plenty of charm and character. It is located on the road and offers a large parking area, both underground and outdoor, which is perfect for travelers moving between different destinations. The style of the hotel is somewhat eclectic, with a touch of early-2000s glamour vibe noticeable in the interior and even in the merchandise available for purchase. The spa is absolutely outstanding — with a wonderful sauna and excellent service. Throughout the day, guests are treated to little pastries, which makes you feel truly cared for. The only suggestion would be to reconsider the spa soundtrack: instead of relaxing tunes, it sometimes feels more like a party in Ibiza or Mykonos, which can be a bit unusual when you just want to unwind. The atmosphere is made even more magical by the animals around — rabbits, sheep grazing in the morning, and even alpacas. Everything is thoughtfully designed for relaxation. In the rooms, you’ll find fluffy slippers, cozy bathrobes, and charming details that enhance the feeling of comfort. Breakfasts deserve a special mention — they are absolutely fantastic, among the best you can imagine, though the heart-shaped menu design may feel a little kitschy. Overall, the service is wonderful, everything is spotlessly clean, and the hotel creates a truly memorable experience.

Regarding the room; the beds and pillows were comfortable (hard). Bathroom had many amenities. Great room service with a variety in the menu. Regarding the hotel, the staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was exceptional (they even had avocado on toast!which is rare to find in hotels). The best part was the Alpacas that were free during breakfast and you can pet them! The dinner was exceptional as well with 3 menu options. Great views of the Italian Dolomites as well.

Our room was above the lounge music area which gets a bit disturbing as it has non stop music from 7 until midnight. The type of music though was lounge/house which we liked.

This hotel was a dream come true! I loved everything about my stay! I took moments to just take it all in! The food was wonderful! Very fulfilling! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with anything I asked or needed! Very nice! I LOVVVVED the music selection! I was so excited I was able to book the bed and breakfast over looking the mountains and snow! I got some great photos as well! I loved the hot tub and during the day the jazz saxophone 🎷 player came out to entertain the guest! Very romantic hotel and honestly a place to enjoy solo if you wanted to. I would definitely come back here again! I didn’t get to spend time with the llamas but more of a reason to come back and see them. Love my stay thank you.

The pillows in my room was hard. I could’ve asked for softer ones but I just managed to deal with it.

Everything! SPA area with many outdoor pools and hot tubs is stunning. You can, literally, stay there whole day looking at nature and mountain hills. In the afternoon you can enjoy in great vibe due to DJ and saxofon performance. Breakfast and dinner were great dinning experience, super delicious. Also having evening aperitif in hot tub with firepit was perfect. Whole stay was beyond my expectations and full of small giweaways and suprises managed by super tender and friendly staff ❣️

Great service in general by all means. Hospitality of staff. They responded to our request to have a room on the 4th floor with a very nice view of the mountains . Great food at the “Contemporary “ restaurant with great value of money. Breakfast is excellent. You can request a B/F in the room for additional €10.

Indoor parking was full and we had to take our car outside.
