The view from the room was amazing, there were excellent walks and trails around the area, fishing was good, cleaning services were great, a good place to relax and take in the nature away from civilization.

The local people can become a bit exuberant with trying to sell you things such as tours, shells and fish which can become a bit daunting to leave the gate, but as soon as you tell them that you are not interested they will leave you alone, also watch out for being scammed by them, rather ask the hotel to organize what you need. There are no shops in the area, so bring your necessities with you if you do not eat at the restaurant. The 7 Km dirt road is rough!!! if you have a road car( and not a bakkie) ensure that you budget 1 hour for it and I would not advise doing it in the rain with a road car as there are some very steep dirt hills to go through. Our Ford Figo managed just fine as it has a good ground clearance, do not attempt in a low car.

Went for a fishing trip. Location, view and beaches were excellent

The room did not have sufficient freezer space which is a necessity when staying over for +2 nights and you are carrying foodstuff, bait etc that needs to be frozen. The current fridge/freezer is insufficient. Even though we did get a chest freezer, upon request, it was too small.

It was a self catering apartment but we managed to buy nice food (platter) on their Restaurant, Also since it was after the Floods, we didn't expect excellent service, we were worried about electricity and staff, to our surprise there was a backup so we kept on having lights and hot water during loadshedding and when fixing things that the storm affected, they even offered a 2burner oven stove suitable for generator, we were really impressed👌

The fact that our apartment was those on top with long stairs with no Television and we were with our Mom who is old to walk that distance and I'm also chubby 😂but we had fun resting inside while the kids walking up and down

We had a nice stay at the resort, everything was welcoming .The staff, the life savers and the security guards were always ready to assist. Great sea view, the beach was not overcrowded and the water was warm ,as well as the weather .We had such a wonderful time, away from noise and all the hectic lifestyle. The restaurant prepared nice and mouth watering food ,with friendly staff.

The only thing that was not good was that ,my room was never cleaned throughout the stay, despite the fact that I left the key at the reception, that was the only thing that I did not like.

Absolutely gorgeous views from our doorstep! Our accommodation was clean, every room was spacious and water pressure was divine. Will definitely be back again! We stayed at Bayview Nr 2.

Bar prices were absolutely ludicrous, not all guests are foreigners that can afford those prices. The staff looked extremely unhappy and were very unfriendly.

Access to the Hole in the Wall site by ourselves. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Although being a nature lover the noisy cock crows early morning and during the day were a nuisance situated next to our accommodation. The Coffeebay road was dreadful with all the potholes the size of craters. Strongly suggest the alternative route which is much more accessible.

It's a beautiful place and staff is very friendly . I had a great stay.. very relaxing and great environment.

There was alot of ants .. one thing falls and ants all over. Few towel was in the room.. nd not in very good condition

Loved the location, views ,hiking trail and they absolutely have the best Pizza :-)

The unit did not have enough kitchen utensils ,i.e frying pan, airfryer (like the other units have )

The views, the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The property has no network and there’s no WiFi and also the was no water on the day we were checking out so we left the place without bathing

The quietness and for the facility to actually allow us to have a party until the early hours while we were careful not to interfere with other guests
