The room was comfortable and very spacious for three people. The breakfast was just okay. We appreciated the staff’s availability to help us even after their working hours. The bathroom was very clean.

The staff was very helpful to us, considering they made an effort to help us even after their working hours. However, we would have loved if the reception staff was a little more welcoming and less passive in talking with their guests.

The apartment was clean, simple and good located, the personal of hotel helped with every question, even in the evening. Thanks a lot for administration of hotel, all was great.

The bed was comfy the room was clean there was parking outside it was more motel than hotel the staff were lovely and helpful there where restaurants near by

Large rooms with good A/C and comfortable bed. Well suited for families with extra seating. Clean new bathroom. Nice feel. Wifi worked. It was quite ok

The building has some incomplete external renovations so I drove past it without seeing it but hey it's Italy.

A lady in the reception is accomodating and friendly.

- Big family room. We had 4 people but it could fit 6 people. - Good air conditioning. - Easy to access and not far from a few cafes/restaurants. - Good breakfast with nice pastries!

- The elevator was a bit dodgy & slammed shut one time which was a bit dangerous.

The room was really big. We had 2 bedrooms The lady on reception is very nice and helpful Location is Easy to find. Nice new towels and good breakfast. The old town is a real jam. Definitely worth to visit.

The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable , old air-conditioning and smell from the bathroom . The hotel now is under construction and i hope that new rooms will be more comfortable. Also be aware that there is the common balcony from both sides of the room ( aka American style motel l, so for me it was a little bit lack of privacy).
