The Staffs are friendly, helped us to move our big luggage to our room, probably seen us are elderly. The location is just right inside arrival hall, which can also access easily by the lift from departure hall. The room is not very big, but its spacious enough for all necessity, n well equipped. Staying in the airport secured us from anxiety of transportation for boarding time.

Location is fantastic, and its within reasonable and acceptable price range. Finding food is easy but must within working hour, the restaurant close at 9pm.

There is a weird smell when just open shower but its ok. The soap provided was ok. Smoking room was quite a distance but its ok.

Really easy location, right in the Arrivals terminal (from train, follow signs to Arrivals, enter building, turn left, signed on floor and the lift is opposite the tourist information centre). Comfortable and we slept well before an early flight. Good shower

Clean room, excellent location inside the airport. Friendly, welcoming staff that spoke English. There’s even a (very small) fitness room. Restaurant is open until 10pm for dinner.

Was overcharged for restaurant dinner, but worked it out with front desk staff at checkout. Also, front desk staff told me I had to be at the check-in desk for my international flight to Singapore two hours before the flight, which was way too much time (this is not a busy airport). I could have used the extra sleep.

It was at the airport . Very convenient if you have a morning flight the next day. Nice breakfast

Can only enter hotel via arrival hall. Not convenient . May need porter to show the way. The facilities , esp shower, is good for one night stay . Well thought out. However, the toilet has a funny smell.

Great hotel with good breakfast. Located inside the actual airport. Yogyakarta Intl Airport is 1.5 hours away from Yogyakarta city, so this hotel is perfect for early morning departures or late night arrivals.

The location is great especially if you have an early morning flight since the hotel is located right in the airport. The TV is very good with a variety of English channels.

Carpet tend to attract dust with time, would prefer tiles. Otherwise the facilities are still ok. Pillows are a bit bigger hence uncomfortable.

Everything. Perfect location and clean. Breakfast was good with so many options. They even prepared special vegetarian breakfast for me as I don’t eat meat.

Washrooms may be cleaned a bit.

The location inside the airport is a good choice for early flights. Near convenience store (alfamart) and they have restaurants and a variety of food. They also have a 4-hour stay if you have to transit after a long flight.

Everything is okay for the short stay.

Brand new, big 5 star hotel. Place was basically empty in August.

Staff in the restaurant struggled with English and everyone was a bit robotic and "afraid of making a mistake".
