The hotel is only a few paces from the bus station so as soon as you are off the bus you're there. Having travelled 4 hours from Skellefteå with a change of bus in Lycksele, it meant a mid-evening arrival in Storuman. Thanks to the easy arrival time listing the room key was waiting. The first floor room was very comfortable but it was soon back downstairs to enjoy a good cup of coffee and buns while enjoying watching the TV in the lounge. After a good night's sleep it was back down to the lounge area for a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was an enjoyable experience to be in the hotel.

From the outside it looked basic like a Motel in a small village. Inside it was very comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly in a personal way. I felt at ease right away. During the night I was not waken by traffic from the road. There was no traffic. And the breakfast.. the best! That bread was like cream!

What I didn’t like, was the fact that I left without paying! The staff called me later that day. The misunderstanding was cleared in a friendly way. No bad feelings.

Great communication and staff, nice equipped rooms, clean and tidy. Love it! Our breakfast was unexpectedly nice! For such low price they serve really great breakfast with scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables, yogurts, cereals, cheese, ham and even reindeer meat!

Some problems with soundproofing. pice of advice: prepare your earplugs in advance.

The owner is so kind that he waited us even if we arrive later than the check in time. The breakfast was really good and genuine with all the typical Swedish products, a lot of them homemade. The bread is the best that I ate in 8 years here in the Nordics: it was homemade too. The room is brand new and just renew.

Tobias made us very welcome. He swapped our room for one that was quieter. The shower is absolutely great. There are facilities for minor cooking. The coffee is always on. Breakfast scrambled egg and bacon was made fresh for us. Can’t fault The Luspen

A nice cosy stay in a big room.lovely f,luffy towels and the heating was on which was welcome as it was a cold night.very quiet location.plenty of outdoor parking space.fika on arrival with coffee and buns.

Everything was great. The hotel is a credit to its owner. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Particularly liked the coffee and little cakes available all day. Such a welcome touch. Thank you

Very tasty breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed - everything I needed! We were able to eat breakfast after the standard time - it was an amazingly sweet act of kindness :). Very friendly atmosphere, I am sure I will be back during my next trip to Sweden!

Staff was prepared to go extra mail to ensure that everyones stay was perfect. The stuff was helpful and communicative. We had a 6 months old baby with us and she was also taken into account. Her own plate was cleaned, they had clean baby chairs brought to us every morning when they saw us coming to breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing. Fresh bred, fish, different fruits cut as chunks. You name it. Air conditioning made the room very very comfortable during super hot summer days. The decoration and furnitures were balanced and thoughtful. The room was very neat and clean. Lot of natural light and good lightning, light surface colors made everything look pure in a very nordic way. We just loved it. The big bonus also was that we had three medium sized shepherd dogs with us. Our dog were also welcomed. The stuff was very dog friendly people. They also had a kitchen for guests that was quite well equipped. We were able keep our food chilled, and we were able to sterilize the baby's stuff when needed. Super nice! We cannot express how amazed we are. The overall experience was +10/10.

Fantastic friendly staff who were helpful and informative. Free coffee which we enjoyed sitting on the private decking area where we also enjoyed a great breakfast. Would happily stay again.
