Just a stop for the night it was easy and comfortable and a good breakfast.

Elevators were a bit hit and miss but did the job. Don’t get a room without a balcony the grimy view of the air shaft is off putting. The view of the steel mills from the room with the balcony was just enough of an improvement. I had to ask for the balcony and two beds I’d paid for but they accommodated me. And there is a pool as I found out as I was leaving so I can’t say this is a good resort hotel but for a stopover it was fine. The steakhouse was busy and good.

Great walkable location with a commanding view of the entire city, helpful staff, great breakfast, pool. Room was clean and bright with hot shower.

Travelling family on a budget was most expensive place we stayed but everything worked which you certainly can't count on in Mexico and sometimes you need the extra amenities and care.

The location is great. Easy access to all central points in Lazaro, great space for parking. All rooms seem to have great natural light.

The staff need training, they are slow to resolve any issue and they are annoyed if you have any questions or concerns.

I loved the breakfast, very friendly staff and service.

The pillows were not very comfortable and when I requested them to be replaced, I was denied.

Easy to find. Good water pressure in the shower. Good Wifi strength. Terrific staff in all departments. Located just off 200 the hotel was quiet and still convenient to local transportation. We enjoyed the menu options in the Blue Parrot restaurant on site. Good weather permitted us to enjoy sitting out by the pool in the late afternoons. We took advantage of the included breakfast for a couple of mornings but it shuts down early and we preferred to have something different on our final morning so we used their restaurant instead.

The area around the hotel is not the cleanest. It was a little tricky getting around the door to get in and out of the bathroom. Also it could have been a little cleaner on the area around the toilet. The mattresses were hard as rocks. Neither of us slept well the first night. We expected it to be a little more comfortable for the money.
