The staff was really lovely, they were so friendly at all times. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center across from the main square. I also had a lovely view of the Curpark from my room. The room itself was smaller as I expected, but i also somehow got a different room than i booked. I booked a room with a seperate seating area with a television, but got a smaller one with a tiny desk next to the bed. I liked it anyways but still. The breakfast and dinner were really perfect qs well, nothing to complain.

Location, cleanliness, staff at the reception was very helpful.

Staff at the breakfast room was not accommodating. It was mentioned that we should have our own reserved table, but was not the case. They could have asked us directly instead of just looking at us, as if we are not supposed to be there. 😐

We got a much bigger room than originally booked, it was awesome! Massage by the Thai masseuse was fantastic and the water temperature in the pool warm enough to swim with our children.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel doesn't have an air conditioner, it was so hot all night long, we couldn't sleep. The bathroom is tiny, dorsn't mach the photo. The sink is positioned at front of the shower entrance, so it is hard to get into the shower. Minibar beverages are not cold.

Good spa facilities, Free EV charging station.

Booked halfboard but were eligible for all-meals, but nobody from the staff informed us. Slow and unfriendly service at the reception and at dinner, thus forgot to set the table at breakfast. Unacceptable room conditions: old furniture, small shower, thin walls and twin room with a noisy neighbour.
