Great location with buses and the metro close. Good eateries and shops are around. Safe even at night time. The room is spacious and clean with comfy bed. There are 2 lifts so it’s quite quick to move around. Soundproofing is perfect, quiet at night although the hotel's location is busy. You can leave your luggage at reception after check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful, most of them didn't speak English but we used the translator app so everything was OK.

I booked this hotel as I was coming to Gwangju for the buskers world cup and wanted somewhere affordable and convenient to stay. It was smack in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, opposite a starbucks and lots of food places and shopping around. The room got cleaned every single day, if anything to an excessive point with fresh towels and water restocked every single day.

The only issue I noticed was the smell of smoking when I first entered the room and also the fire alarm had been taken disabled which was a bit of a worry.

Great location! In the heart of the street food and restaurant area, super close to Asia Culture Center. Although in a super busy street, our room was totally silent. Staff was kind and place was very clean.

Bathing always made the bathroom totally wet, as there was no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Also a microwave in the room would be very much appreciated so we could heat our leftovers from all the amazing restaurants around.

the only issue was that the toilet would get stuck flushing/refilling water in the tank but we were able to fix it ourselves when it happened - not a big deal

Exceptionally clean and tidy, well set up, comfortable and very nice host. Especially the host lady who helped by talking to the police about my "lost" phone, ( dropped at hotel entrance), life saver, really awesome 😄👍❗

Really easy to find & nice location - very close to lots of shops & restaurants. The room was huge, very clean & had clean towels, toiletries, coffee & water in the fridge. Great size & very comfortable bed. Check-in was super easy & friendly.

The location was great. Very close to convenience stores and shopping areas if you wanted to pop out for some easy quick food or shopping.

An excellent location. Close to the ACC and other shops, malls, and restaurants. The best value for money in Gwangju. The staff is very kind, and prompt to help you. Returning to the city I will stay there again.

No breakfast, but has a lot of places to get one around that. It is not a great problem for me.

Regulating the shower temperature was a bit of a hassle.
