Wonderful breakfast options and staff was pleasant. Even with a language barrier, they tried their best to assist. Front desk was friendly and service was exceptional when calling in.

The room is warm even with cool air on. Luckily it was cool outside and they could open a window.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful. Vincent was wonderful in reception. Staff were happy to help almost everywhere. Reaction time fairly quick. Breakfast is very nice.

The room was too hot and no type of AC worked to cool down the room. It stayed a constant 28 all day and night. Slippers were too small. At the restaurant they wouldn't give us more wine when we asked at the buffet, that we paid additional for.

Overall it was a fabulous hotel and staff were very nice. The amenities were what you'd expect them to be at a Marriott, high qaulity. Breakfast was fantastic and the view was wonderful.

2 issues I had were the spa had certain deals but when I inquired they said that I'd have to pay more because I was a foreigner. This should not be standard practice. The second was there was a late night menu advertized and when I called to order something they told me its actually a mistake. Nothing should be advertized that is indeed unavailable.
