Location was fantastic! It was connected to the Singkawang Grand Mall, which made shopping very easy! The street behind the hotel had alot of food and entertainment options as well!

The hotel wasn't very upfront when booking whether you'd be in Tower 1 or Tower 2. Tower 1 is the higher end one, with the pool, and soon to be ready gym, Tower 2 however had none of these facilities and was for patrons who booked a superior room. Although you could use the facilities in Tower 1, you'd have to walk across through public space (incl the mall) in your swim gear

So close to shopping mall. Easy access for food and entertainment. Room was ok view of the mountain was superb. Breakfast spread was delightful. All the staff were warm and welcoming. I love it.

our room AC (room 703, tower 1) dripped all night long causing the floor to be slippery. Quite dangerous for my toddler who loves to run in the room. But it was already late to make a complain. Management can look into this matter.

Great place. Linked to the grand mall. Parking was easy and convenient. Best of all, it was free. Good location and close to most places. Just a quick 5-10mins drive to the city center. Pleasant experience with the reception. Room was great and comfy, quiet. Good selection of body gel/shampoo.

So far none except the odor in the elevator could be improved.

Actually it got 2 Towers, i stayed at tower 2. To go to swimming pool at Tower 1. We need to go down & walk through a open parking lot, to the Tower 1 lobby. The breakfast menu does not change on my 4 days stay. No meal suitable for children. All spicy, except for the fried egg & plain porridge

All staff are very nice, friendly n professional. Extra Special thumb up to housekeeping staff, door security n front desk.. really everyone are very good.

Breakfast. not much variety. Good for 1 night stay. But not very good to eat similar food for a few days.

Breakfast was good with good selection. Location was very good being in a shopping centre

The bed under the big beam so felt not so comfy .

I like the location of the hotel. Next to the Mall. The room is hugh. Comfortable bed and great pillow. We sleep well.
