I got a newly remodeled room on the first floor. It was modern, bright with LED lights, new furniture and hard surface flooring. I loved it. The bathroom was also cleaned up but had original sink, countertop, and tub. The walls were all retextured and painted in the same white. The staff were wonderful. I was first given an old room and they gladly changed it for a new one. Whew! The old one's carpet was filthy. Breakfast was good. I've never tried an automatic pancake. They were surprising.

LOUD!! The motel is right on the main road and some trucks are just LOUD as they accelerate away from the stoplight. My room faced the street and had no intervening structures to abate the noise. The parking lot is a rough black top. The fridge didn't work part of the time and I melted ice cream all over it and onto the floor.

It's rare to find a suite with three queen beds and we appreciated it. We are three ladies who traveled together and we each like our own bed. The room was spotless, the room was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Appreciated having the coffee in the room and breakfast included. The location was great and it was easy for us to find and find our way around Safford. Desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I liked that they had a room with three beds, it made my trip so much easier. It's a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and fed all five of us. If I'm ever in Stafford again I will definitely be staying here again.

I will never use booking dot com again. their customer service is almost non-existent and rude. I will never use their service again. I will never recommend your service to friend or foe.

The room was clean, property was well maintained, wifi was great and the breakfast was nice.

Parking lot is a little tight with all of the contractor trucks (wide mirrors) - I drove my small car so it worked for me, but didn't leave tons of room to get out.

This is my second stay with this location. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I like that there is a table in the room, we were able to play cards for a little bit. I reached out ahead of the visit and asked for a first floor room and they accommodated my request.

There as a $50 security hold that I wasn't aware of. I don't recall having it before, I may just not have noticed. Something to be aware of when staying here. Just need to plan for it ahead of time.

Clean, staff communicated well, nice breakfast and pet friendly

Price was a bit high for an older hotel, landscape needed a touch of care and there was a table and chair set in a parking space (very hobo)

Clean, quiet, good hot breakfast...sausage links, bacon, eggs, muffins, yogurts, pancakes, cereals, juice, coffee, etc. Ample parking when we were there on a Friday night. Staff was very kind.

the lighting in the bathroom sink counter area with the mirror was not very bright. A little challenging putting on makeup.

The breakfast was perfect. The pillows were so awesome I would've brought them home if I could've! The location worked perfectly for me. Easy access to everything I needed. The staff was very nice and made me feel like I was the only guest.

The big trucks that made it difficult to park a small Kia Rio. I also didn't like the unevenly spaced steps. I fell on them when we first arrived. The mud splashed on the car from staff digging. Just ask, I would have moved it. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out.

Easy to locate, rooms are as described and very clean facilities with great service
