Located in the bustling Mexico City, Fiesta Americana Mexico Toreo offers a contemporary and luxurious escape. I found the hotel's sleek design and comfortable accommodations created a welcoming atmosphere for my business trip. There was a variety of on-site amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. The hotel's location might be a bit out of town for some but provided easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. If you're traveling for business or pleasure, Fiesta Americana Mexico Toreo is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Maybe the aircon unit was a bit loud in the room and it didn't turn off when the room reached temperature. I am sure they would have adjusted it if I had mentioned it but it wasn't that much of an issue for me,

Well located, clean and comfortable rooms

A bit noisy to start with. Been requested to pay Mini Bar when 1. Had not taken anything 2. No-one entered my room as I have asked not to disturb. Obviously I did not pay but found the situation strange. From a cultural standpoint I like to enjoy my breakfast a quiet environment but here you would have a constant flow of waiters (coffee, remove plates, etc.)

This hotel has all I need for a business trip. The services, comfort and location are very good. Few minutes from the City Banamex Center, and just inside the Toreo Shopping Center with all the options of food and shopping. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant has a very good cuisine with a very good service. I will continue coming here on my trips to CDMX.

The location was good. The fact that it is attached to a shopping mall makes it even more fantastic Shdlwm, now shdlwm, thank you shdlwm, actually shdlwm, don't really I. Just opened one notification.

The environment around the location of the facility looks dirty and hostile.

Exceptional quality, shopping mall is great and secure, do not go shopping outside and always take a taxi. Beside that great infrastructure

Surrounding is not the safest

Proximity to a mall was the main highlight. I would stay at this hotel for that reason.

The entrance to the hotel was too rowdy and felt unsafe, especially at night. If the hotel was not attached to a mall, I would not stay here again for that reason.

The Breakfast Experience was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Closeness to shopping centre. Lovely & friendly staff.

Dinner experience was very disappointing.

The attention was exceptional, even I had an incident with my ankle before arriving at the hotel and they helped me a lot to find the right medical attention.

The zone outside the hotel and the mall where the hotel is located, it is a little bit ugly and looks dangerous at night.

Nice facilities, luxurious finishes and a delicious breakfast/lunch.

The light switch to the WC room was outside. The receptionist made us wait a while before checking us in; they did not recognize the reservation in their system immediately. The system took more than half a day to update.
