We found the room to be exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed and (pleasingly) efficiently air-conditioned for our overnight stay. The inhouse restaurant was closed because of the Christmas period (understandable in a town this size at this time of year) but we found a good meal at the nearby pub. The manager was welcoming and friendly and we'd certainly stay again if needed.

Room was on the larger size and bed was comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional.

Power point in the bathroom didn't work. The compendium was very dated and did not include info about TV operation etc. Also, the only option for a bed cover asides from the very heavy bed spread was a flimsy polyester blanket. Some of us don't like sleeping with air-conditioning.

The family room was incredibly spacious and the grounds & gardens were very pretty and well-maintained. The beds were clean, clean towels provided. The shelves were well-stocked with additional pillows and blankets as well as coffees, sugars and milks in the fridge.

The receptionist was quite nosy and rude over the phone.

Staff were excellent. Had trouble with television it was replaced immediately. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Comfy chair to sit in. That’s a bonus. Good size room. Had a lovely meal at the restaurant.

Air conditioner was noisy. Luckily after cooling down the room we didn’t need it during the night.

The staff here are so very helpful and very friendly. I had a great dinner and a few drinks, and some good conversation with the staff. The place was busy, but the noise of people going to work didn't wake me in the morning. Great sized room, easy parking, and a convenient spot on the journey.

rooms were very clean and tidy. Fairly modern. With a 2 night stay, didn't expect the room to be made up and fresh towels after the first night, but it was.

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 children coming to dinner at the restaurant. Most of the group were not getting into town until 7.15-7.30pm, we were told the kitchen closes at 7.15pm, last orders on a Friday night! We ended up going down to the hotel at the other end of the street and it was packed down there. Our bill was close to $300, so the 'closed' restaurant missed out big time. It was also packed down at the other hotel. I think they need to rethink there closing times especially on a Friday night.

Stayed there many times - great place to stay on a long trip. Rooms are generous. Parking is ample and meals are the best anywhere on the road.

Not much - the path to the unit was uneven so would avoid rear units if incapacitated but that is a small complaint compared to the benefits. For families there is no pool on site.

No noise. Comfortable room with everything. The local characters in the closest pub are great.

A bit expensive. The wasp flying around my head while i was on dunny was a concern as No fly screening on bathroom window. Hehe it helped do the job faster anyway. A very good walk to pubs etc. Is one half of a portable. It might be a bit noisy with people walking around in other unit. Google didn't display the cheaper one bed room when originally searched.

The management were very friendly & professional. The room was incredibly clean, about the cleanest room I have seen in a Motel, especially in a Regional Motel. Compliments to the cleaning staff. The meal was lovely, not too much & not to pricey. Compliments to the cook/chef. Check in was great, was not expecting a cold bottle of water on arrival, thank you it was a very hot, humid day.

Sorry nothing to complain about.

Great staff and manager. Clean rooms and very quiet. Enjoyed a wonderful lightning and thunderstorm from the common area which just set off the night.
