Warm welcome.. I was shown around by front of house, Mr. Beer... then shown to the room and informed that there would be reconstruction of the restaurant, but I could use the bbq or he would help find other alternatives... the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.. straight access to the pool, which was clear blue and a little cold but still manageable.. coffee and snacks and complimentary water restored on a daily basis. I got to spend time with the owner and family, which added a special touch of love and thai hospitality, It's all so beautiful ans so welcoming.. every one who works at the orchid has a specific job, and all do it so well and with endless smiles.. also I must mention that I didn't really hear the renovating... oohh, and the sun set in the orchid is so picturesque and warm and calming.. It's been an absolute dream to stay there , and of course, I will be returning. .. Again, I want to thank everyone I got to interact with during my stay . You are all such lovely, professional and pleasant people.. I feel blessed I got to enjoy my stay with the added touch of happiness you all helped me feel..

Cockerells are everywhere and drove Me insane in the early hours... it's not the orchids' fault, tho. Also, I could suggest a curtain to cover the back window and a shower matt as during showering the soap make a slippery surface, due care should be taken..

The place is small paradise if you like to relax around nature is perfect ,of course you can find small insects around or minimal small animals sound ,for this is call nature . I really loved to stay one night ,if I pass from there again, I will stop longer. Shop are really in 2 minit drive .

Just the welcome, probably we arrive ,with fast booking, so we was like surprised to find all so empty the place no people on the reception, anyway we look around find a girls ,she make phone call and after 2 minut show us in our place ,I just aspect more friendly welcome ,see just ignore me talk to my wife ,and ok no issue 😀 I still like go back again .and yes was a old man and I hello to us .this was nice to have .

Great place to stay, lovely little swimming pool and staff could not have been better. We had a couple issues whilst away from the hotel and the owner helped us through them. I can’t praise the owner and staff highly enough, they were ‘perfect’ in every way. Many thanks.

An oasis in the middle of nowhere, this has to be the best little hotel in Issan. Sumptuous traditional Thai decor with large comfortable rooms and all mod cons. The pool is delightful and there is peace and quiet and birdsong. The family running the place for 7 years have been through a lot with COVID-19, followed by flooding so deserve the chance to build this business back up to its full potential. I would definitely return.

It’s not a dislike but you will need a car to get to the resort and the last bit of road is pretty rough. They are aware of this and have asked the local council. Apart from breakfast there is no restaurant but food can be delivered through the GRAB app. The university town of Maha Sarakan is a short drive and has a Big C and numerous restaurants and cafés.

Great friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent air-conditioning. Great views across the paddi. Short walk to Mena Mesa cafe which, we loved. Very few mosquito!

Bed a little hard for my wife.

I have stayed here before, and I like the location, although you will need wheels of a kind to get there.

There is nothing I dislike about the resort and staff. Staff are all very helpful.

We booked a wooden bungalow, but on arrival they upgraded us to a very spacious room next to the pool, because they where renovating the wooden ones. Nice terras and beautiful pool. Special decoration in the room. Restaurant was closed, but they ordered food from outside for us.

. Toilet paper was running out in the night.

Separate chalet type buildings with parking directly behind. Good change from a normal hotel layout. Quie. Nice swimming pool with sun beds. Kitchen area in rooms too. Close to restaurants. 3 minute drive.

Its a few kilometers to any shops so you need a car. Unfortunately their restaurant is closed, but the staff were very helpful in organising take aways to be delivered and provided crockery and cutlery

Great resort in maha Sarakam. very quiet. stand alone bungalows...undercover parking. Super friendly host.

Wet season made it tricky to get along the driveway as it was flooded.
