It is a very stylish place to be. And it has an intimacy that makes you relax and feel at home. The food from The Kitchen was top notch. I liked what I ordered so much I didn't try other things. Salmon, mashed potatoes, veggies - confort food. And a chicken mushroom soup that had a layer of a kind of filo dough on top of the bowl and was baked. SUPERB freshness, quality. 5 star in my book.

The elevator could be a bit of a wait when busy. But not bad. This is not like/dislike. Just info. I like big windows views and light. The less expensive rooms have that, but then no bath tub. I loved the view out of my floor to ceiling windows.

The hospitality and the service you get in aryaduta is one of a kind. I have been here for 7 years now and every single time they give such good service. I feel so at home here and in palembang. Thanks to communication, the gm andre, security that helpt me every time with the stroler. And to the service in the lounge she just works there for 4 months but her service was great. Thanks again to make such a memorable stay als for my son. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

The staff were all very friendly and always tried hard to make our stay as good as possible. They even set up an extension cord in our room for our CPAP machines and had our breakfast vourcher already in our room. The hotel facilities were good.

A minor point only, the sliding door to the room cupboard is falling off it's tracks.

The room are quite spacious, also clean. The bathroom is also clean even though the sanitary ware is old. There are also quite a lot of TV channels to choose from.

The breakfast is not good, the menu choices are limited, and the taste is not delicious. The breakfast area staff was not quick enough to clean the tables that had been used, even though at that time there were quite a lot of hotel guests having breakfast.

Perfect location close to large mall. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The gym the best I've seen in a hotel. We stayed for 1 week and didn't want to leave.

You could not fault this hotel it ticked all the boxes.

Breakfast spread was very good

Bathroom light in the room shares the same switch with the coffee area. Disturbs the person who is sleeping on that side of the bed. Perhaps should separate the switch for the lights. Also the bathroom light is very dim.

The rooms are comfortbale and clean and the location right in the center of Palembang and near to the mall and restaurants. Really suitable for a family to stay.

The staffs... some of them are good but most of them are seemed not professional, untrained and maybe because of lack of staffs so they cannot respons to the guest need in proper time.

The dinning area, as a non smoker, I think the assigned smoking area should be located outside the building so that the smoke won’t interfere others who don’t smoke.

1.The gym equipment need to be renewed. 2..The coridor to the swimming pool need to be cleaned everytime

Perhaps I am putting too high expectation on breakfast spread after reading others' review. Also some of gym equipment/machine are broken, hopefully they will replace/fix it soon
