It had all the conveniences that one would expect to find at a modern B n B accomodation. There is a shared kitchen and sitting room that we did not have to share.
The premises were spotless but the shower screen along the bottom track was very dirty and needed a good scrub. This detracted from the property itself. Also sponges and washcloths in the kitchen need to be changed regularly.

quiet location near the center of town. lots is places to eat nearby and a 20min walk to the train station.
great price for breakfast included but this is not a restaurant and utilizes a shared kitchen for all guests that can hinder your ability to prepare your breakfast or coffee if the space is in use by others.

Very friendly host, decent kitchen, nice bed, quiet and calm area.
It took a bit too long to get the water in the shower hot.
