The personnel were very eager to help, spending time to listen to the customers and always with a big smile! The breakfast was continental and really rich! The 2-bedroom flat was very convenient, and with a good structure. Also, the flat (and the hotel in general) was very clean with a very good level of cleaning service. The hotel also provided a restaurant service of buffet type with reasonable price and extensive variety of dishes. The acoustic level was satisfactory (even with some noisy tenants from another flat). The proximity to the beach and both cities (Cattolica & Gabicce Mare) was very convenient!

The condition of the flat could be a bit more improved (double paint on a wall in the hall). Also, the bathroom could be a bit improved (some sanitary were showing their age). But everything was truly functional

I booked this room to attend the WSBK round at Misano circuit. The room was comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The location is nice, not too far from the train station, and the beach is very close along with a number of restaurants and bars. I used an e-scooter to get around the area, and to the race track, which worked pretty well.

The bed was on the harder side, I liked it, others might not. The shower is quite compact and close to the toilet, it wasn't a problem but it wasn't ideal.

Great location. Comfy room with a nice balcony. Air conditioning worked great. Manager was super friendly, also the breakfast staff.

Room security is not the best. I returned to my room several times in the mornings to find it was unlocked. One time the door was open. Most likely the cleaners. Parking is available but limited, and can be a little annoying. There are not many spaces at the hotel itself. I found it better to park opposite the hotel on the street. It is just 2€ extra per day. But be careful, the parking times stated on the ticket machine dont match the sign on the road.

Location was amazing with perfect sea view from our balcony. The team were friendly accomodating nothing was too much trouble.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK, pretty standard for hotels in the area.

Location is very good, close to the beach. Staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and we could choose from variety of dishes. The size of the apartment was very comfortable for families
