What I like is most of the staffs were very friendly. They provided welcome drink and gave a friendly service throughout my 2-nights stay. My friend's phone was broken after playing on the beach, they helped her and tried to find what she needed to fix it. It was very much different from what I expected. For this service, they exceeded my expectation. The location is only 2-mins walk from Pulau Merah beach and it's near the local minimarket so you don't have to worry. Although the rooms and amenities are quite simple and old, but it was still comfortable. The room I booked has enough space for 2 persons and the small terrace is also nice for you just to sit down and enjoy the wind. For addition, their food wasn't disappointing too. It was nice to spend the night in their 'restaurant' area.

Personally, nothing I hate from this property. Although I asked for a change of the bathroom mat since it was wet and dirty, but they didn't give it until the day I checked-out.

Room clean, hotel itself probably the best in the area. Food tasty at reasonable price. Staff attentive right away when we made a complaint.

Very old place, not well maintained. But, good value for the price, since this is one of the cheapest place in the area. The stuff was very welcoming, and the location is great. Would recommend this place if you are on low budget. Located next to the beach!

Near to Red beach

This place is soooo overprice for the quality. The accommodation was absolutely terrible. It was first time in our life that we had to ask the staff to change our room. First room that we got was dirty, especially the bathroom. On the sheets were stains, I think that big ones on bed blanket was from iron, but on the sheets was small ones that wasn't from iron for sure.. Maybe it can't be washed but you can't have dirty sheets in hotel at all. Also the furniture is very old. But worst of all was the bathroom it was really smelly and dirty. We ask the staff for new room and complain about the smell of the bathroom and the receptionist just show us the spray that covers the smell (really not good solution.. It would help if they clean it sometimes). Also, she told us, that room wasn't ready because we booked it like 10 minutes before. Like yes, that's true, but when we arived we ask her if the room is ready and we offered that if not we can go for dinner somewhere and wait until they prepared it. But she assured us, that room is ready she went there with us, we had to wait outside because she went inside the room and use the spray to cover the smell. And also she told us, that if we don't like cleanness of the room, we should pay more for theirs better rooms that our more clean (but we didn't want to, it was already overprice for this one). The next normal room was little bit better, but the sheets was still with stains (I really hope that it was stains that can't be wash) and the bathroom was little bit better too, but still not clean at all. We stayed for 2 nights, but if we should stay more nights we would change the accommodation for sure.
