Where to begin… first thing the ambience, cleanliness, lighting, location and customer service was exceptional. Ms Camille warmly welcomed us while she shapely process checking us in smoothly without hassle or haste being a group of 14 persons. She send another staff who was so patient to show us the rooms which we booked. So 5star for that. Ms Heather who was so warm and friendly cleaned our rooms very thoroughly meeting our needs, we didn’t hesitate to tip her for her hard work cleaning all four rooms (towels, toiletries, linen changed and we even used their laundry service which we rate 5 star ( clothing neatly folded and timely returned to us within the very same day$60 per load) u name it she got the job done. Nice meeting u Ms Heather u are a great asset to this establishment. Not forgetting to mention the clerk oh gosh your name I can’t remember… the slim clerk with glasses who wears a smile at all times and greet u always… u were so patient and calm and suited for the position you currently hold. My family enjoyed our stay,we felt safe which was a major concern to us when we book places. At no time we felt otherwise. Parking accommodations was great also. Oh and that daily tea station was useful. The door bells on all the room doors.. d peep hole… the card swipe… the hot and cold water.. the pool for adults and also being accommodated for the littlest child… d swing..d gazebo.. d outside shower listen i rate everything 5star. Sorry for being long however I recommend after reading you wouldn’t be disappointed to think twice to book this place . It’s even close to the airport. Late check out was also an option if u having flight delays like we did. Thanks for your hospitality towards my family and look out for future booking from us.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean no odors air conditioner worked well which is necessary and room had ceiling fans which was a plus if you done like A/C. Thomas was the absolute best he is what you call a staff member who goes above and beyond for you ad a guest staying here he helped with our tour at Nylon Pool which was last minute on my end to go but he worked it out and me and my son enjoyed his birthday and our stay he gave really good and safe recommendations places to eat and have a some good drinks! Tia was very nice as well. Also the water was warm and nice no cold showers

The only downer is that after 11pm there is no one at desk until the am and I forgot my key in room while putting out garbage luckily my son opened the door for me

I liked how clean the place was. It made me feel very comfortable with my choice of staying here. The morning front desk person was very friendly and made we feel so welcomed. The closer proximity to everything was also a plus. I could walk to get food, go to the beach, etc. Definitely, a great spot. Needed some tweaking as I believe this is a newer establishment. However, it is a great place with great potential.

I did not like that there was neither security nor front desk staff available during the overnight. During my stay, the fire alarm was set off twice in one night. There was no one to call. All of the people staying there were just waiting around for direction. It honestly is not safe and should be looked into and rectified. People should have someone to call if, in fact, there is an emergency during the night, and they are staying at your facility while visiting the country. It gives them a sense of security, that all bases are covered, and they'll be safe during their stay.

The an accommodations were perfect. We decided to get back closer to the airport And came upon the Inn. Everything from the staff to the pristine room, extremely comfy bed, bedding and pillows. We were very happy with our stay. The location was extremely close to everything and they staff also helped set us up with Frankie’s tour to nylon pool Which was also convenient.

Minor issue with ants in bathroom but it’s a tropical island so expected as long as pest Control is maintained.

A modern hotel with a nice look & feel. The facility is kept to a good standard with local execution quality. Shower worked very well, amenities were all you need, and the bed was big enough and comfortable.

This hotel does not serve breakfast. In the morning around 8am we wanted to leave for the airport but the front door was locked. No staff on site, either. The gardener helped us finding a way out through the garden and parking lot.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. The pool was cleaned daily whether or not persons used it. The room I rented was the superior room. They catered to my family as I came with my three kids ages 1,2 and 5. They accommodated us with a double decker and a king sized bed. The room was furnished with a chiller, microwave, TV and kettle. The balcony overlooked the pool area which was a treat. I loved the technology used in the hotel as well. We were given two key cards one to keep on person and the other to energised the room ( I found that to be soooo cool) The location is great. Just about 5 mins from the airport and positioned in a very quiet non busy area. Walking distance to some mini marts and supermarkets.

For future they can include an ironing board, a little extra towels for the bathroom area and disposable cups for the room. Although I did ask the staff for cups and they accommodated me with my request. I don't like hanging wet clothes on the balcony to dry out (we visited the beach). It's kind of tacky. I would of loved if there were some part where wet clothes could have been hung out or maybe a dryer to assist with that.

This place is a sunny spot with perfect pool area and nice comfortable rooms ! + warm welcome from the reception ( we really appreciate all stuff members, in particular Kelly , she made our staying feel good ) + for Tobago this place is a perfect oasis for couples or little family´s + kitchen facility when needed is very nice + the aircon works well , you get no animals at your room ( clean property ) and the pool boy looks after the water :) + BIG TV screen with prime and Netflix ( wifi is good most of the time ) + you have private parking ( I recommend Taylor Cars , they bring your the car to the hotel ) + the owner will sort out the best place for you ( different categories ) + outside there is a dining area , you are invited to use the cooler ( get some ice ) and chill in the shade + 15 Minutes walking distance to the beaches ( slow walk ) There are many hotels you have to sort out in crown point - this place has the best price performance. ( 80 TT$ for the taxi shuttle to the ferry or back ) ++ hopefully the owner will keep this place affordable and take advantage of the nice stuff who is managing and running this hotel ++

Trinidad / Tobago gets up early morning .. it is like it is !! + some bottle of water suply would be welcoming , you have to drink a lot while enjoying this place

The location is great as it is very close to Crown Point with good access to shopping restaurants and beaches. The environment is peaceful. The room was clean. The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. The staff were both friendly and polite. The was very comfortable. Our room had all of the essentials.

I was only informed about the exchange rate at check-in. The faucet gave off a faint odor at times. The light of the air conditioning unit display was bright after lights were taken off at night but we easily covered that up.

Location is perfect...few minutes drive to beach and food stalls... area is very quiet ... kitchen has all the utensils that you'll need if you opted to make breakfast

Couldn't really think of anything...just that this one room the bath could have been 2 feet wider and the tv could've been located to the foot of the bed instead of the side ...but it's not a problem more an observation...

The hotel seems fairly new so all of the facilities are lovely, and it is in a good location not too far from all the nearby shops and activities. The pool was nice to have too.

The hotel is not very well signposted and could do with something saying its name on the outside. There were some poorly stocked hot drink facilities but no kitchen for guests to get food on site as yet. Our room strangely had a microwave next to the sink in the room - which think is a bit dangerous.
