Upon arrival, the lone female working was quite busy with hotel check-ins and customer requests. Guests were having issues with magnetic keys not working, so she seemed to have extra duties to tend too while checking people in. However, the lone woman working at reception, was super friendly, apologized for short delays in checking people in and was expedient with service. My room also had an issue with the magnetic key, the lone clerk tried herself to fix it, was still not working, so she gave me a different (and upgraded room) at no extra cost for my waiting. She went above and beyond in addressing the busy reception with seeming to be the only person working in the hotel at the hour I checked in. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy to access. I didn't get to try the free breakfast as I had an early checkout. Was just travelling through on a road trip, but would stay here again if I was in area.

I felt the front desk clerk being the only employee working to address the entire hotel's needs was too much for one person. The woman who was working did an amazing job with all of it. But I felt for her as she was working the phones, checking people in, working as a handy man to fix magnetic key issues and answering service requests from guests.

It was very easy to book, and to check in/check out. The room and beds are comfortable and Mr. Mikes and convenience store and Tim Hortons, MacDonalds are all close! Even Shoppers and Warehouse One….and Walmart! Hahaha

There wasn’t any dislikes actually and I’ve stayed there several times.

Excellent shower/bath combo, water pressure, nice sheets, large spacious room, great price for the style of room, nice newer tvs.

Hallways need a facelift - dark, carpets very dirty, many room doors and wall areas had bad scuff marks and/or visible damage.

I think everything was great 😊 thats why i always book my rooms there because i like where the hotel is and its nice and quiet

I like the location very easy access. The rate was reasonable and included breakfast. The staff were pleasant.

The hall ways were dirty. There were not much variety of foods to choose from.

Room was cold they turned off the heat because its summer time n could not enjoy the fire place summer nights are chilly by the mighty peace lol

Good rate, quite location, clean and friendly staff.

Probable air-conditioning is too lough and noisy. Front stuff was too busy and forgot to bring us towers requested.

The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab...there was no phone in the room
