The general ambiance of the place. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. Actually pork was served within the same proximity with vegetables and I couldn’t eat he vegetables because the spoon that was used to serve the pork was left within a touching distance with the vegetables. I’m a Muslim and can’t eat or touch pork.

Breakfast was excellent though there’s a language barrier preventing us from communicating well with some of the staff. They served pork meat which my religion doesn’t allow me to eat but unfortunately I unknowingly ate it inside the omelet.

The parking lot entrance. We rented a van, and the parking lot roof was to low, so the van could not fit.

The breakfast was great. Location is very important, it connects to the main avenues in a few minutes by car. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is great if you have a rental car, free of charge, kudos for that.

I don't have any bad reviews for this hotel. They were very helpful when requested a couple of hours after check-out time. Very clean by the way.

Location, a bit far for public transport. Sometimes had difficulty with n getting Taxis from downtown

The business center had everything I needed to get my work done. The chairs were comfortable, the area was well lit and had plenty of connections. Another thing that I enjoyed is that it was a no traffics area.

Its outside the CDMX area, its called Estado de Mexico, and suposedly its on a risky area so not a lot of taxi drivers (even uber) want to take you there at night
