It’s a very lonely place directly at the beach. Do not expect infrastructure, there is nothing but that’s the magic of this place.

You have to check at your booking how it runs with lunch and dinner. Otherwise you are a little bit lost. You have to go by yourself to this place. Scooter is highly recommended.

Aboslutely nothing.

The “resort” was closed when we arrived at 14:30. Nobody around, could not contact the property. Even though the gate was closed, we climbed it and looked around this totally run down place and could not find anybody around. So we left at 3pm to try to find another place to stay on this remote part of Sumba. Now, booking.com doesn’t want to refund us for this hotel since the property refuses a refund?! This so called resort should be taken off the platform!
