Nice pondside bungalow with nice covered outdoor seating area and good degree of privacy in lovely flowery gardens. Amazing bird life in garden and around pond. Generous attention to detail: rare to be given tea, coffee and coffee mate in the room, rare to be given conditioner as well as shampoo in the bathroom, and all much appreciated. The swimming pool (one of my reasons for selecting this accommodation) looked very nice, had I wanted to swim. The food in the onsite cafe was moderately priced, freshly prepared and very good. The structure had many different communal areas for sitting/eating/drinking including a rooftop terrace. The lady proprietor was very friendly and kind. The location for visiting the red lotus lake is obviously top, as it is 2-3 mins by car from the property.

Nothing I didn't like. I was sorry that there were no sun loungers in the pool area, or other poolside furniture that encouraged or enabled one to use that facility (for anything other than a quick swim, which wasn't what I wanted from it!) The onsite cafe closed at 7 with last food orders at 6, so requires early planning and eating!

The villa is large and well kept. It is very close to 2 places to depart to the Lotus Lake (5min drive to the larger more touristy one, 15 min drive to a smaller departure, we picked that one). The bungalow is sufficient for one night stay but very small (no place to open suitcase except on the bed, nor to put any belongings, no hooks to hang clothes, so would not be so appropriate for a longer stay: I would recommend choosing a room in the main building if you want to be more comfortable, I believe they are larger). There is an optional à la carte thai breakfast (only vegetarian option is fried rice/omelette). There are some supermarkets and 7-eleven about 5 min drive away.

We stayed in two lovely little ‘traditional’ bungalow/chalets beside a large lotus pond. The sound of frogs and crickets at night and the early morning birds was lovely. The swimming pool was excellent and the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a huge garden stocked with many different plants and trees and dozens of quirky sculptures dotted throughout. The food was good and a special mention for the chips! It’s very convenient for the Red Lotus Lake. We loved it.

The location is great - it is really close to the Red Lotus Lake - one short ride via tuk-tuk and you are there. Other than that, the place is very secluded - there is a small village nearby in a walkable distance, but there is not much to do there. But my main goal was to see the lake and then just to chill at the hotel, so for these purposes the location was superb. The hotel has a territory around it with two small lakes where you can have a glimpse of the "red lotus"/water lilies that you would see on the main lake, and it is very nice. Fireflies are gathering next to the water in the evening and it is very beautiful. There is a nice swimming pool with refreshing, but not too cold water, and a nice balcony from which one can observe the premises. The hotel is family-run, and the hosts are very welcome and helpful. They are the ones who cook meals for you and they also arrange transport to whenever you need to go. Everything is pretty much home-made, but I really loved the vibe. The meals were very nice: they have a selection of both Thai and Western food, bevereges, alcohol drinks, etc. My room was very spacious, with huge bed. Everything looked new and fresh, the floors were sparkling clean. It is helpful that there is a kettle in the room, so you can have tea or coffee there.

All the rooms are on the ground floor and you are very close to nature there, so all the ants, grasshoppers, and butterflies make their way into your room easily. But I guess it is a part of the experience.

Peaceful and beautifully laid out property. Rooftop and poolside seating areas. Clean and comfortable rooms. Owners were hospitable and helpful with transport from the airport and to Red Lotus lake for the sunrise boat ride. A range of delicious foods ( mostly Thai) were available for all meals. Highly recommend.

Everything. We came for the lake of course, and it really deserves a stop. Perfect place ! We stayed in a nice bungalow by the lovely pond. Quiet and comfortable. The garden is full of flowers, the swimming pool super clean. The food was very good. And what a service ! The owner was really welcoming and helpful. She even dropped us at the train station. And you should try the oil massage, so good. Come you won't regret it.

Beautiful property in a convenient location for the Lotus Lake. Really welcoming owners and staff very relaxed and helpful. Set in large, fun, garden. Lovely place to stay for a few days.

Would be good to have more tables together in the cafe for guests to chat with each other.

A beautiful little gem only a few mins drive from Red Lotus Lake. A gorgeous house which has been beautifully & tastefully decorated. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious with everything you need. The little pool was inviting & the perfect temperature for a dip. Our dinner was beautifully prepared & they even catered to our vegan diet requirements serving us home cooked green curry, mixed vegetables & rice, washed down with a beer on the verandah watching the sunset. The owners Ae & her husband are very friendly & make you feel right at home. They used to live on Cairns, Australian so being from QLD ourselves, we had plenty to talk about. It doesn't get much better than this, we highly recommend!

Stayed in one of the bungalows overlooking the lake. Room a little small for all our stuff but we managed it! This is a real gem of a place if you are visiting the Red Lotus Lake. Staff couldn’t have done more, food and drinks good too. Staff arranged car to the lake before dawn so be prepared for an early start if you want to see sunrise on the lake.

Infact it was very nice Homestay with very good and friendly Staffs.Very well maintian.Very clean and cozy.Food were good too.

For a remote place far from town it was expensive to compare to other places in Thailand.Both accomodation and food.Still it was fine for us.We travelled 3 moths thru Thailand.So we can compare the prices.Btw...the beds were very hard...
