What a fab place, surrounded by vineyards, wish we had booked a longer stay. Our room was very spacious on the first floor in the courtyard, it had a settee and chair to relax in rather than sit on the bed. Internet was good and there is ample parking. The restaurant wasn’t open on the night we were there, but it’s an easy walk through the vineyards into town. So the dog ….. he travels with us and we always book ‘dogs welcome’, but some places just tolerate to get your booking. Not this place, even whilst we were booking in he was given goodies by the receptionist, then a goody bag to take to the room. There isn’t really a dog walk ‘area’ on the premises, but that’s totally irrelevant as you’re in the middle of a vineyard with great concrete paths running all over the place. Not sure if they are allowed in the breakfast room as it was such amazing weather when we were there are we had breakfast on the patio outside, where he was very welcome.

Pillows were of the worst quality, extremely uncomfortable. Change the pillows and you have everything at top level (as all the other amenities are top.)

The restaurant and the food was excellent - I had one of the best meals ever. The setting in the middle of a vineyard was stunning. The receptionist was very helpful.

There was a very noisy party next door but there was nothing the hotel could do about that.

Excellent location. Comfortable spacious rooms with character. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The dinner menu had very limited options for vegetarians (just 1 dish).

I liked the location. It was a beautiful setting with the surrounding vineyard.

We had a problem with the shower draining efficiently.

The property is very nicely located with a wonderful view over Bad Dürkheim. Rooms are spacious and cosy. We stayed at a Winzer Suite. Staff was really nice and friendly. We celebrated a birthday in their beautiful garden. Everything went very well. Super nice setting and very good food. I can truly recommend this place for celebrations and gathering of friends and family.

Luckily not much. But there is room for improvement.

A very good selection of foods was available for breakfast. The location was beautiful with lovely views of rolling hills and vineyards. The staff were exceptionally helpful; we were a large group including two small children and we were all made to feel very welcome.

Easy check-in. Only 2 miles from the Wurstmarkt, which is doable but we chose to drive from the Wurstmarkt. Very quiet and clean. Beautiful views of the vineyards.

Lovely building and location

Were not able to deliver on our confirmed booking of a table in the restaurant. Disappointing as dining elsewhere means getting back in the car.
