convenient, better than average breakfast choices. spacious room.
hot tub/spa not working with no mention of it on the site or in the welcome email in which I inquired about the hot tub/spa. when I mentioned this at checkout I was informed I could have had a room with large jacuzzi tub had I asked. I asked her how I was supposed to know and why didn’t the employee that checked us in offer that room since I was clearly disappointed when she told me spa/hot tub was out of order? only 2 luggage carts and one was broken. none available on checkout morning. average hotel, clean and adequate for overnight stay employee that checked me out in the morning was very nice and helpful.

Staff is very nice and helped with anything we needed and breakfast was delicious!
The elevator is a bit iffy it kinda scared the kids but it was all fine.

Location was ideal. Room was big and comfortable.
Wasn't a fan ofnthe elevator not working and having to take two toddlers and luggage up a flight of stairs.

The dining area was clean & there was plenty to eat. The dining room attendant did a nice job owning her job and she did it well.
The property was dated & worn. It looked like they were trying to update it? They’ve got a ways to go yet.

It was very nice, but we were a little upset that when we ask for a ground floor room for my 90 year old mother in law who is somewhat disabled we were placed in a 2nd floor room that was as far from the elevator as possible. The only thing hadicap accessible was a grab bar by the toilet.

Beds where comfortable! Staff was friendly! I loved that they had soaps and body wash for us!!

everything was so nice and pretty! it was also very clean. mostly importantly the staff was very friendly and respectful! Especially Nancy who was the one who attended us when we got there!
just the tv channels but no big deal!

Stayed overnight for a cross country trip. Easy access to the interstate. Food and fuel options close by. Room was big, comfortable bed, very clean.
