Breakfast was very good, I liked it very much: good coffee (from a coffee machine) juice and water, eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt and cereals. Plus, a variety of delicious croissants and pies. The location is great! We had a room with sea view and was great to see the sun raising while staying on our own balcony - even from inside the room, through the big window. Young and very nice staff at the reception desk and restaurant. We had no problem in communicating with them in English. We had a very pleasant stay, in the second part of September.

great location just across the beach promenade location itself - we are returning to Milano Marittime every year Reception: lobby/reception is large, light room with enough space for sitting (when you need) Rooms: Pretty nice seaview from the seafront rooms. Surrounded with hotels, whose staff speaks english, therefor, when you need anything and don't speak italian, kindly ask them

Reception: Receptionist(s) didn't speak english AT ALL (our conversation was terminated in the middle of first sentence). I do understand that most of the clients of this hotel are italians or at least people speaking italian, but this man was not even able to explain us how to use parking zones in Milano Marittima. We had to ask in other hotels and their staff politely explained. As we found out, it is standard in this area, that other hotels offer to their clients some "parking cards" to avoid issues with local authorities. We haven't been offer and again, the other hotel staff was surprised with this. Rest of our stay, this man really tried to avoid any further conversation. Of course I do understand that not all people speak english, but can't there be any notice like "we don't speak english in our hotel". It really makes any conversation difficult. Breakfast: You can choose out of some types of bread, one cheese, two types of salami and about five thousand types of jams, marmelades and other pre-made sweets (cakes, etc.), forget about those stylized photos in hotel description. No fresh vegetables like tomatos, olives, cucumbers... CMON you are in Italy!!! Rooms: If you are not big fan of neighbor's snoring or really loud TV and still would like to stay in this hotel, either go to bed at 3am, or get some earplug or noise canceling headphones. Walls between rooms are made of some kind of hard paper, without any sound insulation. Wifi: There is literally no working wifi anywhere in this hotel. It either refuses to connect you at all, or disconnects you within 10 minutes.
