Staff nice. Helpful, clean, pools clean but very cold but expected for time year. Food good but I'm not a big fan of buffet food so mixed it up with visits to local restraunts. Very good value for money and despite my negative comments about the Spa I would go again at the price I paid.

They should shut down/ condemn the Spa I've never seen a facility like this in such a poor state of repair It looked like a building site. Sauna and Steam room were filthy, holes in the ceiling. Glass panels leaning against the wall,tiles missing in pools, jacuzzi was just a tub of cold water with tiles missing, not hot and no bubbles. In the UK health and safety would have shut the spa down. Shame because if it didn't have a spa I wouldn't mind but to advertise that it has a spa is ridiculous. A guy was trying to sell massages which I would normally like but in no way would I consider going in the Spa area again.

The hotel can be found at the top of the mountain and has incredible views. You will be surrounded by views of the trees, mountains and the sea. The hotel staff were amazing, my room was cleaned everyday and the spa facilities and pool was lovely. I went alone and this was my first time in Turkey and the hotel staff looked after me so well. The entertainment team were very professional, especially Yunus and Sirin. The pool bar staff were lovely too! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I really haven’t got a bad word to say about this hotel. It was great value for money. I went all inclusive and the food had a large selection and the hotel was clean and there is also a shuttle bus that goes to the beach and town centre everyday. The entertainment each evening was different and everyone was so friendly.

The hotel is in a great location with fantastic views and the best of staff. Very kind and welcoming with had a really nice 7 days here and we loved every single day. The manager is by far the best we have met and seen and extremely helpful.

Hotel needs a revamp. For a 5 star it did not meet criteria. The gym was awful and the hotel houses a sauna and indoor pool with a jacuzzi. However the indoor pool was freezing as well as the jacuzzi and to top it off the place you should feel relaxed the most was filthy and run down.rooms need a upgrading with comfort and the food was not overly great.

The hotel staff were amazing and the Hotel was very well looked after, i arrived early and they sorted me room without any fuss . I had perfect WI-FI where every i was in the hotel and grounds which was great for me keeping an eye on work . the location is great with lots of options of things to see and do locally , there is a free transfer every morning between 10 & 10.30 which takes you to the beach it also picks up i think around 4pm. there is also a button on the desk which you can press and a taxi will come to pick you up which was handy. The food was good but i'd say could do with more choice but one thing i did like and I've never seen before is they had Hp brown sauce and BBQ which wasn't some cheap knock off it was the real thing. I've been honest with my review and would recommend this hotel , i would like to add something which needs improving rather than i didn't like . First the rooms we're very clean but could do with a little TLC to freshen them up . all in all i'd say the hotel is 4* with a 5* service

It wasn't a high season, so the price was very good. The staff was very friendly, and our mountain view room was upgraded to the sea view one without any extra payments - so, thanks a lot! The room wasn't freshly renovated (and yes, a DVD player was there :)), but bed linen and towels were new, and the room was extremely clean. The territory is great, the restaurant is good indeed and looks promising even in low season.

The fitness/spa inside need to be renovated asap - sad but true (pools outside look good). That's all.

The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. They moved me to a much better room after initially being given an awful room - I loved my room, the balcony and the view. All the staff were friendly and warm. The food choice was good for the price I paid.

The music was very loud at night, but not too loud every night. There was mould in the shower of my first room and it was in a very noisy area, even though I had emailed and asked to be put in a quiet area.

Serkan bey , the owner of the hotel, is an incredibly thoughtful and generous person! After checking out, I was actually looking for another hotel to extend my stay by just one more day. Due to Kurban Bayram, all hotels were charging very high prices — especially for last-minute bookings. But Mr. Serkan kindly offered me a special rate that I simply couldn’t refuse :) The room I received was absolutely dreamy — with a stunning view of Ölüdeniz! Yes, some parts of the hotel could use a bit of renovation — and the hotel is aware of that. But the way they treat their guests more than makes up for it. The warmth, care, and personal attention truly stood out. Serkan Bey really knows how to make his guests feel appreciated. With this kind of hospitality, I was more than happy to return — even if just for a short stay! To Add: The housekeeping staff for both of my rooms were extremely kind and genuinely committed to making everything perfect for the guests. Even small details were taken care of — like removing the runners for cleaning. It’s those little touches that really make a difference! Thanks Garcia!

Construction Workings in SPA area.

Our stay in Garcia was excellent. Very kind and helpful staff always ready to answer any question. Breakfast was delicious - a lot to choose from. Perfect location close to Lycian Way Trail, also 15 minutes to main Road where the bus stop is. Wonderful resort if you want to chill out in nature.

The hotel is large, looks very nice at the first glance, and has many amenities. It is a bit older, which is noticeable, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely fantastic, at least in the winter season. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was large and clean, with a large terrace. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom good, the Wi-Fi good. In March it was a bit cold in the room and very cold in the hallways after the sun went down. The hotel has several restaurants and bars with a lot of activities on offer for the guests. Breakfast and buffet dinners were good, with a large selection of both hot and cold (lots of cakes, sweets, salads and vegetables), but as a European I still missed a better selection of cheese, meat and spreads for bread breakfast. The parking seemed small, but we always found a place there. The indoor pool lacked some large windows, so the air there was very cold there after 7 pm. The free hammam was perfect, however.

Location & view from the room is nice. Breakfast option is good, including custom omelets. Exceptional value given ‘Genius’ rate provided. There are some parking spots at the hotel, but may be a problem when in season. The popular Lycian trail starts at the end of the hotel driveway and it’s 20mins to some great views. Staff is attentive and friendly; they have a dry sauna & gym + optional facilities (€€) like massage / Turkish hammam. Apparently a shuttle is available that will take to the private beach they have (partnership with a facility on the lagoon), but having a car will be ideal as you’re very far away from stores.

No issues. If I was paying a lot of money per night I would expect more ‘polish’, most notably the bathroom, as it could use a deep clean.
