Very spacious room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Friendly staff and secure parking and access. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

All good. We made the mistake of Leaving our key in the room when checking out. You need it to open the gate! Our problem not the hotel. No fuel in Halls Creek that night was an issue for us too.

It was away from the main road and very quiet. The property was gated so our stuff was safe! Set amongst beautiful gardens and lots of places to sit outdoors and relax after a long drive Dinner at the sports bar was delicious

We’re older and couldn’t swim as there were no handrails on the pool

Our room was very spacious and we appreciated all the extra bench space provided. The grounds were large and planted with lots of trees and shrubs. We dined in the restaurant which was very nice and we were able to prepare our own breakfast in the small kitchenette provided. The property is fully fenced and gated so we felt safe staying there.

Staff were fabulous, so professional, helpful and friendly especially Tim who works security/crowd control. Facility is VERY secure with proper gates that only guests can access, that’s so reassuring when staying in very remote areas of the country. Room was fairly standard and basic but spotlessly clean and we had a very comfortable and uneventful stay. Would definitely stay again coming through from Perth to Darwin.

Nothing, everything was in order

The night staff went above & beyond to take care of us.

Our gravy was off & the salad was drenched in garlic which wasn't advertised in the menu. Also no railings on the stairs which is NOT good for my elderly mother who needs a walking stick to get around. Definitely not wheelchair friendly in the apartments.

Accommodation is best in this remote location

Room lacked suitable space for complete comfort. Disappointed with evening meal - hamburger was quality but difficult to eat in the container provided. It was also extremely expensive but again appreciate the remoteness.

Room we're spacious and bar service was great.

They allowed one person, who wasn't eating but drinking, to monopolise a table of 8 whilst people who wanted to eat, couldn't. Another man, who was waiting for takeaway monopolised a table of 6.

I didn't work out that the aircon unit could be used on a heat setting until my second night via the dry mode but did appreciate the extra blanket provided

First visit in standard room did not meet expectations however return trip was an apartment and this was excellent. It was roomy, comfortable with kitchen facilities.

I would recommend the apartment over the standard room.

The room was very spacious and clean with close proximity to the swimming pool and dining area. We also felt very secure with the security gate and perimeter fencing which is a must in Hall's Creek

Nothing comes to mind, we were very happy with our stay.
