Staff members were always very friendly, the breakfast and the restaurant were awesome, the swimming pool was wonderful, the hotel grounds are marvelous, the price was incredible, and everything went exactly as it should with no complications.
The location is likely perfect if you're driving. As a walker, you have to go under the freeway overpass to get into the city, but it's not far.

Noisy and dirty services of renovations. No elevator, even to the 3rd floor. To the 2nd floor there's a ramp. The room had a broken, non-functional A/C.

Breakfast was good, but as the hotel was hosting a convention, service was a little bit hectic with some delay to replenish food. Room was ok, a little bit outdated. Gym needs a refurbishment
