Location of the hotel was great, amongst restaurants & bars, also only a 15min daily commute for me to work. The food at breakfast included a large range of options and was usually pretty fresh. The food within the restaurant for dinner was simple yet fresh and good portion sizes. Staff were friendly and tried their best to speak multiple languages. The roof top terrace has a lovely breeze at night next to the infinity pool / bar. Room air conditioning works well as does the room bar fridge.

Hotel was good standard for the price. If you need laundry done allow 2-3 days not 24hrs (laundry service doesn't occur over weekends. Pool was not very clean but was still swimmable. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned (this won't happen otherwise. A kettle & iron in the room would have been useful.

There was a big variety of choice, healthy breakfast, wholegrain bread, eggs, cheese's, honey, fresh fruit and juice, coffee, and also loved the Acai, very very good breakfast!

The staff was not all able to speak english, this could be challenging at sometimes. The warm water in the bath changed from very hot to cold. Missing coffee capsules for the coffee in the room from the start.

Loved the pool.

We wish they would have replenished towels and toiletries that were used/dirty/removed.

Good hotel, stayed there many times

The breakfast was very good. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Very nice room air condition unit.

Dinner in restaurant, overcooked meat. Although someone came into my room to check mini bar, noone cleaned room - and I was at hotel 4 nights. I did not call for cleaning, but most hotels will come and clean after 3 nights. Bed only had top sheet, I had to make my own bed and place comforter on. Hotels that I stay in typically have the bed made.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was as clean as possible. Breakfast was good.

There wasn't a single bench in the gym, which needs maintanance, specially the treadmills. No bedside lamps in the suite (superior).
