The staff at hotel was very much responsive and took our care with pride. The heritage theme gives different feeling which makes you forget that you are in Shirdi with close proximity to major amenities. The complimentary shuttle services for Saibaba darshan is also unique service offered. The breakfast options and courtesy was awesome! Swimming pool is nicely maintained.

1. The changing rooms for swimming pool needs major maintenance, shower was broken and soaps were provided on request 2. We had opted for buffet dinner package, however got to know that the booking.com and hotel has some different arrangements. 3. After reaching the resort we opted for dinner package. Food taste was good however it wasnt worth the money that we paid for. But, I am sure this was one off. 4. The indoor sports facilities are good, need some maintenance e.g. TableTennis

Extremely courteous and well trained staff. It felt as if they take real pride in what they do and always happy to help. Well appointed rooms and decent food. They run a shuttle service to the Shirdi temple which saves you the hassle of figuring parking.

Breakfast buffet spread could have been more expansive. A petty thing when we asked for an extra bottle of water for the room, we were told it would be charged. Not a big deal but didn't feel nice.

The property has good expanse.Its very well maintained.A beautiful lawn area with a swimming pool . You can enjoy your evening tea in the lawn that’s complementary from the hotel side.. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . The staff is cordial .We enjoyed the breakfast service.It has good vegetarian varieties . Must say it’s a good choice and good value for money.

Well there’s nothing that we didn’t like But just wanted to add that it’s a bit far from the Temple But they have pick up and drop service so that shouldn’t matter You can actually enjoy the serenity amidst greenery here .

I was initially hesitant about my booking considering mixed reviews online however Renest was far beyond my expectations...I got a suite room which was the biggest room size for family of four and the deal including breakfast was value for money..Most importantly was the courteous staff namely shweta, Rahul, Ram, Deepa all very excellent...they have gone beyond the regular capacities to make sure my stay along with kids was super friendly. Swimming pool is quite big and they provide complimentary eveng tea with cookies on arrival we had fruits served in the room from the hotel, small efforts but creating good impact......I will definitely visit again.

Please have badminton and cycling facilities available as additional attraction for kids and carrom board requires improvement

There is ls always to make things better Cleaning service are nice people and the occasionally miss on leaving fresh towels in bathroom

We had an absolutely amazing time at shraddha inn shirdi The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. They also had the pickup and drop facility for darshan just impressed by the service and thanks to make our stay sồ comfortable and memorable.

The property spread and location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They gave hotel wheel chair for my mother in law which was in good condition for Sai Darshan. This was very helpful.

Only complaint is that the bath fittings were not working properly. When we wanted to take bath early morning warm water was not there because they had not switched on common water heater on time.

I really liked the complimentary picks and drops to the temple and also the evening sai aarti. The staff was very helpful and always happy to help.

I wanted to go for swimming, but the pool was not clean at all. I think the swimming pool requires maintenance. I ended up not swimming because it was dirty. Also some of the entertainment facilities might use some renewing for eg. TT table.

1. Bathroom door could do with a paint job. The door and its frame have started to look old. 2. We could not able to use the cab service to the temple. It was always busy whenever we needed it. We therefore walked to the temple, which was just around 10 min away.
