- Should have cafe in the hotel to order food and drink// The hotel has only breakfast - Should do Drive Thru Check in - Should have bigger TV - A/C should move direct to bed - Keep re-touch the room to make it new all the time.

The location is OK if you don't need to leave in rush hour. 7 - 9 am. Earlier or later should be no problem. It took us about 30 minutes to get to highway 12. Something I don't like is the full size window between the bedroom and the bathroom. Why do Hotels do this?

Room space and cleanliness

During day time, i don't know why there is a sound on the roof like something is running. There is no space for pets to walk for pee and poops.

A very new hotel/resort,good sized rooms,large bathroom with good hot water, beds were just ok,

The bathroom needed a place to put your items near the sink,like a shelf.The beds were a little hard and the breakfast had little to offer a westerner.

Really nice property. clean, comfortable rooms with excellent aircon. Parking motel style under cover right next to the room. Someone previously fed back that the resort needed a pool. Well that’s been sorted now and very nice it was.

Breakfast was average, no real complaints but perhaps wasn’t up to the quality of the rest of the resort.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay but so many little steps which were invisible and dangerous. A pretty location but never possible to keep curtains open as big lovely windows but in total view of all! Most staff - particularly the young chef - were very kind,caring and helpful.

nice room, stylish, but public living with window front down to floor. DON'T believe google-map for the last 1km, dont take street along the river, take one street east from that, then its easy to find.

AC a bit too strong on lowest setting. no shelf or board to place things in bathroom

This resort comprises 14 separate bungalows. Each of them has its own parking lot. The room size is super huge with a large bathroom with a huge bathtub.

The resort consist of a very modern style building and is well maintained. The staff is friendly and was helpful to make the WiFi working again. There is a small but nice looking swimming pool.

The swimming pool is slippery.

Motel styled resort in the hearth of phitsanulok. 500 metres from the saturday night market. Big bathroom with tub.
