The property was well maintained and clean. Accessible from main road. Theja the property owner was very kind. He knows Telugu and English languages. He was kind enough on requesting he arranged for dinner.

The hot water wasn’t there since the weather was bad and there was no supply of solar. But Theja arranged for immersion rod water heater. And secondly the noise was too much in the night and sound of aazan prayers in the morning. Probably they can work on making the windows sound proof.

I recently stayed at Sree Teja Residency and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and clean bathrooms. Nothing to mention

This place is right on the Bengaluru-Hyderabad highway and hence great for a night stopover! Rooms are basic but big and are air conditioned. The staff is co-operative and will assist you if you have any queries (Got inputs from where to get food delivered as we reached late night)

One thing missing was a dustbin in the room. Also, since the bathroom didn't have shower facility they could have provided with a bathroom stool for bathing.

The staff were very courteous. Location of the hotel on bypass road was very useful as a overnight transit accommodation for tourists like me.

A coffee kit would have been better. No restaurant attached. So a kettle and a coffee / tea kit would have been better. No vegetarian restaurants nearby too. Had to travel in my car into the city traffic for 2 kms to get a good vegetarian food.

Everything was good. When you visit and wanted to checkout early morning request for Heater from reception. They will give you. They hv solar heater on the top but if you checkout around 6 am or 7 am water might not be heat. So just request for Heater from reception. Rest all good.

I was here to meet my childhood frnds, it is really hard to choose hotels for a girl when u going solo to a place.But this sree theja residency made me believe that,hotels do provide comfortable space and safety to womens too. I would suggest this place to everyone to visit when u r in ATP.

A basic hotel at a reasonable rate that was what I needed to just spend the night. It was very clean and they had provided all the essentials. A good place to halt in Anantpur. Nothing fancy.

Not a lot of parking space once the space in front of the building is used up.

This is my first experience staying in Residency @ Ananthapur 1st. Theja Reddy garu excellent Receiving and Good communication with us.. and staff Also well Supporting.. we Feel like home atmosphere here.. Thank you Sree Theja Residency and Staff

Rooms are Like very Fresh and Clean... and no words.... always good

I liked the comfort provided to us during our stay also prompt and correct information provided by the staff.

It would have been better if Card payment was also accepted. Parking facility can be improved and reception at ground floor. Though not inconvenient, it was different to have reception on third floor. Corridor had small cockroaches.

Rooms are excellent for pitstop within budget. We had a late check in and still, the hotel manager was ready with arrangements. We got fresh towels, kits, and water bottles all readily available.
