Very clean rooms. This hotel is led by an attentive manager lady, and operated by helpful staff. Anastasia, the receptionist who also helps with the breakfasts - a gem of the place. Always ready to help, in a very kind way. High quality toiletries. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful sunterrace on the top of the building.

The terraces are too close to each other, and the dividers are serving your privacy at all. The entire courtyard is just to small for all of the people who stay here. If you spend several days here, finally you feel to know everybody else - not in a good meaning. Small and verifiable basic bathroom. The room is clean, but nothing extra. Generally the hotel is a little overpriced for its class - but this happens at seaside many times.

Everything was surprisingly excellent. The hotel is brand new, sparkling clean and the quality of services is high. Room has the latest art design with beautiful ambient light of multiple spot options, huge bed with soft mattress and smart USB/type-C sockets for charging. High-quality shower products and flip flops were there as well. Breakfast was awesome with big variety of fresh tasty food including the “must” dishes for a strong meal. I would recommend the management to install an automatic machine preparing fresh squeezed orange juice. It’s a gem spot in heart of Platamonas compared to the rest in the whole region. Many other hotels in Greece have to be like Diverso.

The place is great, interesting hotel , great lobby and breakfast room, parking available really near. The room was very nice, sea view with terrace and hot tub. The staffwas exceptional, very friendly and resourcefull.

Below my room, 205 i belive, was the pool filtering and pump station, which started at 1 a.m. and went on till 4 a.m. with a steady loud broom, which made my bed vibrate and woke me up.

Clean, beautiful, good breakfast, nice balcony, nice roof garden, comfortable bed.

Not so much hot water in the shower, the staff was only one lady that wasn’t so nice and didn’t help us. We wanted to order from the bar or appointment in the spa and she wasn’t helpful and with a sad face as we interrupted her.

We really liked the welcoming staff, the breakfast and the bedroom was very comfy. All the amenities were perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi in the bedroom was ideal and perfect for a romantic escape.

The parking situation was not super well indicated since we arrived once it was late and dark. Also, unfortunately, the neighbour's room was loud, we could hear what they were listening in the TV. So for a 5 Star hotel, you would expect a bit better isolation of the rooms.

Very nice hotel, very friendly and professional staff, breakfast is great, rooms are large and very well equipped. The entire hotel looks new, was fully renovated and opened in winter 2023. The town itself is pretty sleepy during the winter - most restaurants are closed, but it's close to many nice places. Excellent value for money!

The spa and gym are a little too minimalistic, sauna and hammam require additional price. Spa treatments are expensive.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and friendly staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The food was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere made my stay feel luxurious yet cozy. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault, and if I could rate it 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Kind and attentive staff. We arrived with two dogs (a Great Dane and a dachshund), and they were also welcomed with great love and were extremely kind to them. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We travel a lot and I can definitely say this is one of the best places we have ever been. We are grateful for this week where the staff did everything for our comfort and well-being. Thank you very much!

It was really good. Little kink with the door etc, but you can tell they put all the touches in and extra effort into the best hospitality. Very incredible.

The Sun beds in the roof needed a deep clean. The guests weren’t responsible about cleaning up their rubbish so that was annoying. But I know the hotel staff would have cleaned it immediately if I mentioned it. I didn’t say anything.

Modern hotel, comfortable rooms, great location. Our rooms had a balcony overlooking the marina, gorgeous.

Unfortunately the hotel was understaffed. Staff often couldn’t answer queries or very slow to react. Rooms were not cleaned 2 out the 5 nights stay. Swimming pool is nice plus, but it’s overshadowed by surrounding buildings and doesn’t get much sun.
