I stayed at MUSE Boutique and overall, it's a good place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the AC worked well, breakfast was good, but not great. All in all, I’d definitely come back, if not for anything, but how well I was treated. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for comfort, friendly service, and a bit of style while you’re in Enugu. To be honest, even though the staff asked me to give them a good review, if I didn't have a good experience, I would not give them this review.

Location was great. About 6 mins to/from the airport using the Express which is located 2 min drive from the hotel. Area is developing so its not overcrowded like some other spots that other hotels are located in. The standard of the hotel is like the one i'm used to being from abroad and having lived in Lagos. I think that if this hotel was in Lagos, they would be one of the top boutique hotels and I hope they have plans to open another location there. i liked the privacy of the hotel. I travelled with my wife and another one of my friends also came to stay here. Both of us went with their deluxe suite which is more like a superior deluxe or better compared to other hotels because its so big and the ceilings are high so it makes it airy but homey at the same time. Come to think of it, it actually felt at home. The bed was extremely comfortable...stayed in it as much as I could. My wife said we should get this bed for home.... maybe we will just keep coming back :) The food was pretty good too. I had their jollof rice and my wife had their pineapple rice with prawns. Jollof was nice and my wife loved the pineapple rice that she took so many pics of. Breakfast was served in the room so we didn't even need to get out of bed for it. Definitely a plus! Makes it more relaxing and a bit romantic if you're with your special someone. And that it's not a buffet but actually prepared fresh (and to my liking) makes it feel more personal. i don't see too many hotels do this apart from the ones overseas and i think its nice. Definitely coming back to this hotel again when back to the south east

Overall pleased with the facilities and services so I can't really complain...maybe offering free hotel shuttle service?

The room was comfortable and nice relaxation with free wifi and 24 hours power supply, uninterrupted ,good services with quality and secured environment,with galant security personnels ,that are well trained to handle lives and properties,guard and redirect there customers,and lead them to there final endpoint extension,where all they seek and find will all be solved

There swimming pools are very clean,and healthy,very large and big accomodations,to sustain up to a large number of people to have fun and meet with a different people with plenty character's to interact and get to know each other, and became friends,I think there main aim is bring people closer to people with lots of fun

Wish I could stayed longer but they were fully booked. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Good vibes in the morning with the jazz music. Attended to any issues very promptly instead of just apologizing. Had a sound sleep. Very close to NBA conference meeting venue . Looking forward to coming back .

Enjoyed my stay. Out of all the hotels in Enugu that I have lodged, this one makes me feel like they care. They always make sure that I’m happy with my stay and it’s good that the amenities are nice too. Food is okay. I think they should offer more variety for their breakfast though. Will be back soon

I had an exceptional experience at Muse Hotel. The staff were truly wonderful—warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every service was delivered with care, and the facilities are top-notch. Muse Hotel is truly a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Large luxury rooms for less money than the city center. Very friendly staff. In general good service

The area around hotel is not to safe. Don't go out without car at night. Is a bit remote and dark market place.

Bed was a delight. Room is very comfortable, just the right size. Everything was made for comfort and you could sleep throughout the day. Staff relates very well and everything requested was done to taste.

Internet was very poor and this was challenging. Breakfast could be better with complete breakfast as complimentary. Would be nice to have options like English breakfast on the menu. Management promised to look into it and upgrade.
