Clean and looked up kept!

Lobby had a strange smell to it, but not horrible. Continental breakfast was ok, but the juice machines didn’t work, the refrigerator used instead didn’t seem to be cooling and the idea of open one gallon milk jugs didn’t look sanitary for cross contamination since everyone has the same access. Seems like in today’s culture it would be easy for someone to “spike” it with something to harm others.

Over 30 years ago we had a bad experience at a Super 8 and had stayed away since then. When I was ready to book a motel for one night in Moberly I had two options, the Super 8 or the motel we had stayed in several times previously. I looked at the Super 8 pictures and descriptions plus the price and decided to give Super 8 another try and save $20. Best decision I could have made! It was very nice, very clean, the staff was super nice!! We are not fancy people and don't have to have fancy things, but since we were arriving at 9:00 at night and checking out at 8:00 in the morning my main concern was a clean room, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a hot shower . . . . . got them all!!! Minimal but adequate. I personally would have like a separate meat i.e. sausage links or patties and eggs. But the biscuits and sausage gravy was good, fresh and warm. There was a good variety of cereal, fruits, milk, toast, bagels, coffee etc.

Since I booked through booking.com I unknowingly forfeited my veteran discount.

Breakfast was nothing special. I don't consider it good if it doesn't include eggs and bacon, sweet rolls, fresh fruit, etc. The room was nice.

The room was nice, but it was too warm. I couldn't understand the night clerk due to language barrier. He spoke English, but I couldn't understand him

Breakfast was ready Early! I arrived a half hour early, & 1 call determined my room was cleaned & I was allowed to check-in Early

I was bitten by another guests dog. It wasn't the little ones fault! There should be signs for people who just reach out & pet/touch another guest's animal. I wanted to bring my cats. People don't just poke their fingers into their carriers Not a good plan!..... Why would it be okay for a dog? I was assured he had all the necessary vaccines. He was put in the more familiar family car to decompress.

Great location, customer service! Our senior friend fell and staff and customers rushed to his aid. So nice! Room very clean, breakfast area well kept.

It was SO cold in the room, hotel hallways and breakfast area. It took about an hour for our room to heat up.

The timer on the waffle maker didn't work. For a small breakfast it was okay. The location was okay.

A softer second chair would have been appreciated. The mattress made my back hurt.

You are close to all of the fast food restaurants and the facility is very clean very nice people couldn't ask for a better stay.

Nothing really no complaints it was very pleasant. It's like if nothing's broke you can't fix it till there was nothing wrong it was perfect

I didn’t like the WiFi . I had to go elsewhere to work my laptop. Also, the side door wasn’t secure/locked, ever!

I pd online 5min from hotel. I was confirmed to stay however the payment transaction was declined on business side of booking.com. 25 + min. So front desk charged my card so I could check in. Then ultimately I checked and praying I only get charged 1 x for $105. The front desk mgr. Ajay, was patient, polite, and deserves recognition. And booking.com needs to rectify payment issue from your end to the hotel.
