The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean, and the linens were good quality. It would be helpful if an extra towel were provided when more than one guest occupies the room.

The hotel charged around 15% more than the final amount quoted on Booking.com. However, due to my comfortable stay at the property, I didn't mind this extra charge.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the location and cleanliness of the rooms. The reception staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I appreciated their good behavior and willingness to assist with any questions or needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

However, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. First of all, they did not have a shaded car park, which was quite inconvenient. It was a hot day, and my car was scorching when I returned to it. Additionally, the check-out timing was at 11:00 AM, which is already quite early, in my opinion. The Hotel management later extended my hotel check-out till 12:00 PM.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the reception guys were very friendly and helpful.

The value is a little bit high. Must be reconsidered to be less for a long time of stay. And, the sofa must be bigger to make the gust more comfortable.

The Lily Suite hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and in brilliant condition. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space. Abdulrauof was very welcoming and engaging. Also, Mohammed the GM was very kind and went to buy a socket for my phone charger. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff. See you again soon.

It would be great if there was breakfast on offer for guests.

Everything was good just some small issue that was resolved very quickly by hotel.

The pillows need to be normal height and the room needs to have 2 towels and 2 slippers and 2 coffee cups if your booking is for 2 adults.

Mr. Habib on reception is very nice and cooperative person. Wifi was very good Shower was more than awesome

As we open the tap for water on wash basin, a bad smell comes from the drain for few seconds, Long waiting time for the bell boy to carry your bags to your room. I preferred to do it by myself

1. Overall brilliant hotel from all point of views. 2. 8 out of 10 rating. 3. Room prices could be lowered to attract more customers.

1. Check-out timing which was shortened to 12.00PM instead of 02.00PM due to Eid Holidays. 2. Parking was open without shed. 3. Restaurant could be opened to provide breakfast facility atleast.

It was an nice experience to stay. However, the property needs to improve the room service. I hope they will go great in the future.

Room service did not meet my expectations. My room was not cleaned the very next day of my check-in.

Huge Space and quick service

No coffee shop or restaurant. But restaurants and coffee shops are 5 minutes away through the delivery apps. Cleanliness needs to be some improvements. Although for this price it is acceptable.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful, also location is close to supermarket and restaurants, comfortable beds

There was strong chemicals smell from bathroom, so necessary to start air circulation as soon as possible when you enter the room
