Breakfast was within walking distance. Room was small, but adequate & very clean. The soaps & shampoo were fantastic! Parking was just outside of door, making it convenient. Checkin & checkout was very easy.

Although ok for us, I can see where safety would be an issue for elderly or those with reduced flexibility. The little shelf above the tiny sink was dangerously close for head to hit, & there was nothing to help prevent slip & fall in the shower. I had to be very careful. They should consider a hand rail on the shower wall, or at least something anti-slip on the tub bottom.

The price for the room was much more reasonable than what we had seen in the larger towns. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been updated recently. Wifi was OK

We were surprised to find the office closed and no staff on site. I don’t have data on my phone in the US so had to ask another customer to relay my questions to the proprietor. If we had arrived any later than we did (7:30pm) we may not have had a place to stay. It should be clearly stated on the web and on the booking confirmation how to check in .

Located conveniently on US2, within 1 hour of many UP attractions. Heat and AC in room. I would say this is hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Grounds were nice, within walking distance of The Cove which has amazing food and cocktails with a view of Lake Michigan. I will definitely be staying here again. 11 out of 10 stars if I could.

Nothing loved everything.

That you now have a refrig and microwave in the rooms the refrigerator is huge so you can have cold drinks when you want

That it takes way too long for hot water in sink outside bathroom had to run hot water in tub first for the sink to have hot water so not running water for way too long to get hot

we stayed in the family suit. we liked the teens had a door to the room from the littles. we plan to come back and hopfully get the cabin.

i don’t think i could find anything i disliked. everything was expected. i looked at reviews and pictures before my stay. everything was clean.

The cleanliness and place was really good. Beds are really comfortable all the rooms were in ground floor

Checkin was over the phone as no one stayed late at reception Heater was little slow and heater cover was coming off the wall. Rooms were small for 2 double beds

It was close to the concert we were going to.

The hot water took forever to get to our room, but once you got it it was HOT! There is nothing close to get food so get your food before you get there. Had to drive 30 mins to get food. There is a gas station close but is not open all night.

Location was great

There are no plug-ins to charge phones. The room was run down. Shower handles leaked, and the shower leaks on the floor. The shower head was very short, and my husband had to bend down to get under it. This is our 2nd time staying and the room the 1st time was much better. This room #5 was not that nice. Clean but run down.

No breakfast was provided. Very nice room and well equipped. updated bathroom and room was nicely furnished - nothing fancy but better than I ecpected.

Climate control was a challenge - might have just been me not being familiar with the system. Weather was hot then we had a colder evening so adjusting the A/C and heater to work was a problem therefor the room was damp.

We loved the rustic and clean inside of the rooms. Outside of the hotel was unimpressive, but we were glad to be pleasantly surprised by the inside. The rooms and the bathroom was clean. There's also a great pizza place very close to the hotel.
