Size of the rooms.

Well when we git there the reception couldnt find my booking till another member of staff came long. We ask to pay for an upgrade to exclusive room. One up from superior room. We stayed at hotel before in a superior room. We wanted an exclusive room. We were given a superior room for the price. exclusive room. We did complain but they said it was booking. Com fault. So not a good start.

The pool and hotel room were large and lovely.

Breakfast was poor. A lot of sweet bread, no vegetables, no fish, super unhealthy. Pure sugar + gluten. I was suffering.

The room and the hotel with pools was nice.

For breakfast, they don't offer eggs by default. Everything was very sweet and unhealthy. No salads, just fruits.

Great breakfast, lots of options. Amazing bed, huge and comfortable. Really Nice and friendly staff. Great pool. Great staff in the casino

Dinner could have been a bit better

Good Location. Nice Building. Very good breakfast. Parking on site but limited.

I was nice, at good location.

the parking lot was to the other side with no guards, didn’t feel safe parking in there. I choose to park on the street in front of the main entrance. The casino was a disappointment, just a couple of non electronic games.

The staff

- Spacious room. - Extremely helpful and friendly staff. - Quite a good restaurant. - Proximity to the airport (10 min). - Rather good equipped fitness room.

- Carpet floors everywhere are real nightmare for people allergic to dust. - Noisy air conditioner (AC), which was obviously not serviced incl. filter during the recent 12 months… Having the carpet floors the AC filters should be services at least twice a year - Very hot fitness room without AC on in it.
