They offer a shuttle service to city attractions. Guests can use the hot spring, steam room, and sauna for free. There’s a turndown service every evening—they even tidy up the room again at 5 PM. The view from the window is amazing! You can see the whole city and even further. I think they upgraded my room because I stayed for 7 nights—so happy about it! It looks like long-term guests and tour groups stay on different floors, which is really thoughtful. The bar on the first floor has live music every night. The room is really quiet—great soundproofing. There’s even an air purifier in the room. The sofa is super comfy—you can just lie down and enjoy the city view.

There's no place to hang a towel in the shower, which is a bit inconvenient.

Staff were excellent in their service and would go above and beyond to make guests feel happy and comfortable. Facilities and rooms were clean and quiet without loud noise compared to other hotels. We also liked the turn down chocolates we would receive every night before going to bed. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and probably one of the best we have had, the buffet dinner was also just as good with everything being so fresh and not tasting like it was reused.

The spa prices were a little high in price, I know it’s a 5 star hotel but there are plenty of spa services around Vietnam which are much cheaper so I can’t justify paying such high rates for this.

That staff was professional, friendly, and professionally dressed. Secure building, for a digital nomad, I needed a safe and secure room to keep my essentials.

Breakfast was not included, additional for a very western price $16 per person per day - but it was good - we did it for one day. The price for one bag of laundry cost was completely unreasonable. Go off campus for laundry service, look it up on your phone - pick up and drop off service. It's not a 5-star hotel, its facilities are a bit run down - 4 stars is fine.

Location - It's in district 1 but not exactly in the busiest center point of the city. However it doesn't matter as ordering grab car is so easy and cheap to connect you to everywhere in Saigon, getting away from the busiest streets can make it safer too. Room & Facility - Hotel Nikko is not a new hotel but it was well-maintained and staffs keep it really clean and tidy. Staff - all staffs are nice and polite. and the impressive part is that the hotel would leave a note in your room if there is something they want to communicate with you. during our stay, there is renovation somewhere but the service remained open, etc, etc. Communications is done really well.

The only item i may query is the booking with booking.com. I am not sure if that's the problem of booking.com or Hotel Nikko or the setup between them. we are a family with two kids aged 5 and 10. i had booked for a total of 4 people and clearly indicated the age of the two kids. While i arrived at the hotel and checked in, i was told that the 10 year old kid was not booked and so i had to pay additional charge for her stay. it left me no choice and had to pay as i was just a step into the room. i would not tell people not to book Hotel Nikko as i really like the Hotel herself however that was a hiccup indeed.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is phenomenal.

The location is not close to the central downtown or major landmarks.

Hotel was very well priced, staff professional and friendly. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar or restaurant as these were quite pricey when compared to the coffee shops, restaurants etc. within a 5min walk of the hotel.

Not a dislike, the hotel's location is more suited to business travel than tourism, the main places to shop and visit are a 20 to 30min walk away or 7 to 10mins in a taxi or a Grab which are not expensive.

This hotel is a pearl. It’s a top notch comfortable and quality establishment. It’s comfortable, the staff are simply charming, the food is unrivalled and the room I had was clean, comfortable, spacious and offered some wonderful views of the city.

It’s expensive. Not ridiculous, but given its location I feel Its price point is at the absolute limit. However, the food and in particular the buffet breakfast and evening meals are outstanding.

It's my 2nd time staying here. Staff are nice. Service is great. Spacious room. The view is great.

The air quality inside the room is terrible. I can smell the mould when the air-conditioning is on its been the same smell on my last visit back in july 2015 and my recent stay in Oct 2023. Needs to be fixed. For this reason, I'll be staying elsewhere on my next visit as it irritated my asthma and had to turn off the ac while in my room. The mattress is uncomfortable and there's also bed bugs. Unfortunately the hotel is ageing and so is the furniture and carpet. They need to keep an eye on stain and etc if they advertise and charge as a 5* hotel.

Everyone was great and professional. Always on top of their game they tend to your need all the time and the room gets clean daily which unheard this days and they make sure you need are tended.

the location is closed to some tourist spot but a little far from all the point of interest but it 1-3 km away can get a grab or taxi and there a mall beside the hotel and convient store and there a night flower and food market closed to the hotel 12 min walk

Our stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon was simply superb. Pre-arrival Pham Trong Huu - Tony communicated with me via WhatsApp making my limousine service (with his professional team) to the hotel a seamless experience. Tony also made sure we were well looked after during our stay, so thank you again Tony! The Hotel Nikko Saigon accommodation and service has been impeccable and we would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ho Chi Minh to stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon! A true five star ⭐️ experience.
