A very nice and clean hotel. The location is fantastic - in the middle of main promenade, close to the beach. Free bikes. All rooms have sea views. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff. Good free Wi-Fi. Secure parking on site for an extra charge. The four course lunch and dinner are generally of good quality with nice selection of dishes. The drinks served with meals are very good.

The breakfast doesn't look like in reality like on the pictures. There were only nectarines in ‘fruit salad’ during our stay (8 nights = 7 breakfasts). We were disappointment with some food served at lunch / dinner (taste; quantity of site dish – 2.5 pieces of potatoes!), however the most dishes were tasty. Cheese plate – it is only cheese; we had to ask for some grapes to go with it. Watermelon was only available to order as dessert and it was one small piece. No English speaking tv channels.

The hotel is spotlessly clean as is the restaurant and the pool area. Breakfast was really nice, traditional Italian style hotel buffet. Everything seemed homemade and freshly prepared incl extensive selection of sweets and pastries, fresh fruit salad, meet, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, unlimited tea and bean to cup coffee machine. The four course lunch and dinner are of very good quality with nice selection of dishes. There's a vegetable buffet. The other courses are preordered the day before and served to you at the table. The wait staff are excellent. The drinks served with meals are good and there's a lovely bar area serving very good cocktails at reasonable prices. The management of the hotel are very friendly and will help you in any way you need.

It's a little bit outside the centre of Cesenatico but it is well connected by the local bus service or take the lovely hotel bikes. There's plenty going on around the hotel so there's no need to go far.

The hotel location was easy to reach. The hotel was very clean with very helpfull and welcoming staff. The food was AMAZING. It was like a fancy, fine dining restaurant every day lunch and dinner. In all inclusive package gives you a spot in the beach. The sea is not clear because of the waves. But its not deep. The beach was clean well looked after.

The rooms and balconies are a bit small.

Our stay was great. It was my moms first time in Italy. The stuff is amazing and very friendly. For my friend who came for 2 days to visit us owner made a discount. Beach is great, room is very tidy. Dog friendly hotel is a big plus for us also, because we travel with a dog, the cleaning lady even cleaned once the room with him inside. We got only positive vibes from the staying, thank you.

Wifi Connection was poor sometimes. But it allowed us to rest from the phones and would not change our mind about the hotel.

Service on the bar/garden - have been waiting like +15 minutes for service at my table, then went to order by myself directly at the bar, even after that action, another 15 minutes of waiting till the time when drinks (just 2) have been served.

the position was perfect, room was clean & comfortable, staff were lovely & helpful, the free bikes were fabulous and the pool was nice, lounges & umbrellas for beach is excellent, breakfast was just ok

there should have been drinking water in the room, although when I asked they did get me a bottle, car park was a little bit far away but ok, it would be nice to have 1 English speaking tv channel, and there was no black/English breakfast tea at breakfast and maybe 2 chairs on balcony

Really close to the beach, cute view, clean room.

It’a an old hotel, but nothing that we saw was broken. If you don’t have big expectation- it’a a great place to stay for a trip to the beach.

Location is amazing, near to the beach, bar, restaurant, everything you want close to your place. Breakfast and lunch good. The pool is a good place to relax. I recommend this hotel to have a relaxing weekends in Cesenatico.

Staff sometimes is too cold, but very professional.
