We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Tarabella. The hotel is spotless, with well-kept outdoor spaces, a lovely pool, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to everything you might need. Bike rentals are available directly at the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with plenty of good options and super-friendly service. A special thanks to the owners who were incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. They helped us arrange taxis, gave us useful tips about the area, and were always generous with their time. Their presence added a very personal and thoughtful touch to the whole stay. The Tarabella team were flexible and attentive, adjusting things like breakfast times and transport to suit our plans. And of course, Lexi, the calm and friendly dachshund at the hotel welcoming us at the entrance, adding to the relaxed and welcoming feel of the hotel.

The facilities and the location was amazing, but it’s a special feeling to feel so welcomed by the family who runs Tarabella and the rest of the staff. Everyone was so lovely and we felt very included. Everyone really wanted us to have a great stay and enjoy Forte dei Marmi. Couldn’t love it more and we’ll be back. Forte dei Marmi and hotel Tarabella has quickly become one of my favourite destinations- not only in Italy but Europe. Special shoutout to Lexi the adorable dachshund. Lots of love from Norway

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tarebella in Forte dei Marmi. The energy and dedication of the staff truly stood out. This family-owned hotel seems to have all family members involved, ensuring that your stay is as pleasant as possible. While the rooms are quite basic, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff make you forget about it. The food at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent. I highly recommend opting for the meal plans that include dinner or even lunch. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned almost daily, which added to our sense of comfort and safety. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which was very convenient. It also has parking available and is well-maintained. There is an elevator, making it accessible for all guests. The pool looked very nice, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, we felt very safe and well taken care of during our stay. Highly recommended!

Rooms are maybe too simple, but this did not bother us.

Pristine with lovely accommodations. I’d have given it a “10” for comfort, but one night we had no air conditioning and it was over 80 so mighty uncomfortable. The entire staff was kind and helpful. We loved having free bikes since this area is perfect for getting around by bike. We also enjoyed the pool and grounds.

Nothing other than ac situation for one night with no explanation until we asked the next day.

Beautiful property, great pool, great house dog to pet! Nice breakfast and we liked that we could easily rent bicycles.

The AC was out for a whole day and night which made sleeping and getting ready for dinner nearly impossible. It worked the second night which made the stay much more pleasant. Not having AC work in the dead of summer is definitely brutal in Italy.

A great hotel with nice facilities, amazing breakfast in a very charming place. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We were there by car so it was very easy to get around - the place itself is very nice, but also the starting point for Cinque Terre on one side, and Pisa on the other side, can both be reached in 30 minutes.

The parking can be a bit narrow in the evenings when all of the guests come back, but that is standard for Italy.

Excellent location. Lovely terrace and pool and quiet location. Walking distance of the centre with great restaurants also near the beech. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the bikes. Would definitely come again.

Great location, nice pool and outdoor area. They seem to be in the process of renovating new hardwood floors, nice linens and outdoor furniture - the updating is looking fantastic so far. It’s a very welcoming and lovely environment and the staff couldn’t be nicer. The entire family is visible and willing to help with everything you need, questions, etc. The breakfast was nicely done. lots of options and the staff full of friendly faces with sincere Buon Giorno to get your day going in a positive way. The suggestion for us to take morning in Pietrasanta was a great one. we really enjoyed it. Also, had a pizza at Rosemarino on the corner down the street was very nice.

There is a parking lot on the premises- that is very convenient. The location pretty close to the beach and not too far from the city centre is also nice. People are friendly and generous with extending breakfast hours when we were a little late.

Our bathroom was ok but not exactly great. Very small and a little worn.

Close to the sea and just 10 min from the center. Very quiet during the night! Room was very spacious and renovated and clean. Bathroom was a bit out of dated but clean, however the shower was pretty shabby. Staff very helpful. And an amazing dachshund greeting you at the entrance but mostly sleeping is one love. Parking inside free of charge. Very comfy bed.

Would be great to change the shower door - for the rest the hotel was a nice choice
