Staff were super helpful and super friendly. The location is right at the base of the slopes and in the resort village with good options for food and drink, ski and snowboarding equipment rentals and retail shops. The evening wine and cheese was a nice touch. A full coffee bar with very good coffee and numerous tease was always available. A coffee machine and coffee were also available in the room The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well appointed. It was great to have a well supplied kitchenette And a separate mudroom/laundry room. The beds were very comfortable. The ample windows, tall ceilings, large porch with picnic table and view of the mountain were excellent touches. Parking was very convenient.

We really had no negative aspect to the experience

Oh my this place was top- notch and so nice! We felt spoiled. It was raining so hard so we made chocolate chip cookies because we could, I took a hot bath with L’Occitane bath bombs they supplied because I could, we ate ice cream in the rain on the extra large deck, did laundry, and slept like champs. Linens are five-star. Such a comfortable stay. The kitchen is loaded with high end applicances and everything you need. This is a winter ski resort that is growing. We enjoyed how quiet it was and can imagine how much of a party this place is during ski season. It also has underground parking which was a hugh plus, such a great benefit when it snows. I opted to stay here to break up the drive from Vancouver to Banff. It was perfect!!

The dryer was not working properly and as a result it took 3+ hours to dry the load. The dining room chairs need to be recovered.

The suite was beautiful, had a great view and great room service.

The pool was closed due to a storm when we arrived. given we were only staying 1 night we went down at opening time the next morning to be told they were cleaning it until 9.30am. We were checking out at 10am so we never got to use it and it was really the only reason I booked the hotel as it is very far from the town. I ordered room service which was very expensive and when it arrived they had forgotten half of it, I had to show my receipt to prove it and then they brought the rest.

Checkin at 1 am was very smooth, quick and professional. Received assistance from front desk with luggage, skis and ski boot bags while brought to king suite in a different building. Prompt response from guest services to minor problem with dead batteries in tv remote in bedroom, and prompt delivery to room of coffee for next day.

Not a big deal, but would be nice to access the hotel restaurant, Rockford Grill, directly from inside hotel rather than going outside to the village walkway. Overall, no major issues or problems to report.

Loved the beautiful location, room was fantastic with lovely balconies looking out over the mountains, very clean with everything we needed and loved the room had its own laundry room. The attached mini village had a fabulous bar and restaurant, we ate there two nights and it was superb with great staff. I have to say a huge THANK YOU to the man that checked us in and the lady that helped him, I sadly sustained a dislocated and fractured shoulder and nasty facial injuries ( 2 black eyes ) in a fall a few days before we arrived, as soon as he saw me he couldn’t do enough to help us, he made sure I was comfortable and sorted all the check in for us and upgraded us to a 3 bed suite so that I could get some much needed rest in my own bed, they were both a shining example of customer care and I really can’t thank them enough as I was in so much pain. Wonderful hotel with the very best staff, thank you so so much for looking after us do well. If you get a chance stay here, you won’t regret it ❤️

Nothing, it was superb

It is the perfect location for skiing Revelstoke. The condos are very large and comfortable. Basics like coffee, creamers, salt and pepper were provided. Cleaning was daily and our sunset views from our balcony were spectacular!

The complex is a bit difficult to navigate and involves carrying equipment up and down stairs. The ski lockers don’t accommodate boots nor do they have direct access to the hill. The elevators, hot tubs and hot water seem to be underprovisioned for the size of the complex given the price.

The most lovely and outstanding staff working here. Front desk was Very informative, very professional and Helena was so wonderful, all the front desk was phenomenal actually. They were all so welcoming , friendly . Makes it feel like a special vacation. Made us smile 😊 We enjoyed all front desk staff and staff around the resort. Cute shops. Loved all the people. Love the nearby hikes, cool bike rentals. This is a very nice place to stay ! Also the coaster ride was so fun too. Especially if you have a child or teen with you! Restaurants had good food and saunas were fun.

I didn’t like that the pool had run out towels everyday, And the work out gym smelt bad, very stale . they should have some fresh air or a window in there, or air purifier.

Suite was in building 2, which had modern new facilities and lots of space for the family to spread out. Very very clean too. Some drinks and snacks left for us to enjoy in our suite on arrival Nice touch having free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in reception. My family valued that. Swimming pool was a reasonable size and had 2 saunas. My children loved the pool after a day's activities Staff were helpful and attentive. Would recommend 👌

Could have done with more seating available by the pool. It is a drive from town The pillows were far too plump for my liking.

Spacious 2 bed apartment with amazing bathrooms , toiletries and high spec kitchen. Excellent aircon (it was 32°). Huge comfy beds, black out curtains (good if you've got jet lag). Fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, mountain views, balcony, reasonably priced bar/restaurant given the high standard of hotel Given opportunity to upgrade few days before check in to 2 beds for almost no more money

Given how high spec the kitchen was there was a lack of crockery (and smallest mugs I've ever seen). No electric kettle, so had to boil water in a whistling kettle on hob (which felt like camping in the 70s) Major building work going on next door (large cranes etc). We were there at a weekend so quiet but it started up Monday morning as we left

Such a lovely hotel and resort! Has literally everything you could ever think of in the room and also in the complex! Multiple good restaurant options and a couple of little shops Plenty of activities- no need to leave the hotel even! This is a foreign concept to us Aussies! Great summer and winter options Gym was good and the pool and spa were great! The suite was SO spacious and comfy- we loved the dirty/wet clothing rack at the door and the cosy fireplace by the couch Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful! Parking was easy and convenient- loved so much that it was free! We would love to come back! Next time in winter :)

Nothing at all! Would only suggest getting Netflix/streaming services as the only option is to pay for movies. Minor feedback, otherwise so great!
