1) The breakfast spread was very good and tasty. 2) Room was comfortable and well maintained. 3) Hotel Staff was very courteous and helpful.
1) The breakfast restaurant is very chilly. Most tables have direct air blow from the air vents. This makes it very un-comfortable while dining. 2) The reception hall area is not uniformly air conditioned. No AC felt at sofas and areas at corner of reception hall.

Apt location, away from the hustle of the city and easy to travel to Airport. The complimentary breakfast was very good with variety of options to choose from. The taste of the food is also very good.
Service can be much better and prompt, because we asked for water bottle twice, which was not served to us.

Very convenient for me as I have work in SRM University. Staff is very coordisl, very clean housekeeping service and food is very good. Anyone gas work in SRM, it's the best stay though the cost is bit higher..

Breakfast was ok. Need to add a bit more North Indian taste too for people from North India & Western part of India.
I wasn’t told about the free wifi password so I didn’t ask for it. Though I knew that it’s available. And there was a bit of discomfort while checking out, which shouldn’t have happened. As per the staff, it happened due to management pressure.
