We got a good last minute price for Hotel Raffael, so we booked it even though we normally prefer B&Bs. It was a good choice for the lovely village of Putzu Idu. The personnel was really friendly and even helped us with our bicycles and laundry. A big thank you! We also enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful garden.

I imagine it can get loud in the high season, when the hotel is full-booked. If your room is on the ground floor, you will hear your neighbours spending the evening on their terrace. It was not the high season now, so we did not have any problems.

The hotel features a large garden with a swimming pool. Our room and bathroom on the first floor were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was generous. Nice beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Just a ten minutes walk from the hotel, the coastline becomes rocky, offering wonderful sunset views from the cliffs.

The air conditioning in the room could be improved. The walk to the nearby beach was longer than expected

Good and quiet location (10 minutes walking from the beach, 15 minutes to the centre), safe parking place inside the hotel area, very good breakfast, nice and polite personal, nice and clean swimming pool, clean and spacious room (Sea Suite) on the top floor of the hotel.

The sea suite room should be better equiped - more practical furniture (for example bedroom is very spacious and almost completely empty), the sofa in the living room was old and damaged, the TVs were not very good quality (considering the price for sea suite). The 360 degrees terrace looks great, but its not very practical due to the almost non-stop wind.

We landed in Alghero and drove all the way to Bosa and Pitzu Idu. Just randomly we picked up Raffaelo hotel, and what a good choice. Staff very helpful, and after a short walk from the hotel you are by the sea, with beautiful views. Breakfast was fine, wifi free and working.

Is not just at Raffaelo, we came to learn that is the norm in other hotels, a double or matrimonial bed is actually two single stuck together.

The location was great, few minutes walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

I think it would be nice to have also table on the balcony (there was only a chair and the view on the street isn’t the nicest.. but I haven’t come to Sardinia to spend time in my hotel room. So it didn’t bother me.

I liked everything about this hotel,from spacious room to all the greenery around the hotel and last but not the least the big breakfast offer, also they took extra care about my lactose intolerance.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms.

Quite poor breakfast, very hard mattresses. The distance to the beach is quite long, about a 15-minute walk in the heat.

The hotel is walking distance from the beach. Very clean and organized. Breakfast was really good.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable

Perfect Service at the reception - they stored our SUP without any problems, they can speak very good English, what is not standard in Italy, silence and smily atmosphere, not to much people,good beds, tasty breakfast, few meters from wonderful sand beach.

Everything was OK!

Hotel and staff were exceptional. Food was also excellent. Was one of the favorites on our 16 day vacation around Sardinia.
