The staff was extremely friendly and ready to answer all my questions. The hotel is quiet although it's in the centre of the town. Some interesting sights are only a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered lots of delicious things, especially the orange cake. Buses run frequently to the spas nearby.

Check in was smooth. Front desk lady was very nice. Elevator worked fine. Room is kind of dated but more than adequate. Location of hotel is perfect. Had a great stay. Loved that there was secure parking. Check out was also smooth. Would stay here again.

Is it that hard to get some fruit into the breakfast? Everything else is good with this hotel.

The window gave on to a lightwell a few feet opposite another window.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They more than made up for the small issues with the hotel. The treatment was personal, warm, flexible and they were always available. Everything was clean and in great condition. At no point did I feel uncomfortable (which usually happens a lot to me when traveling). While I only had breakfast once, the quality was satisfing and the service elevated the experience (I had come 30 mins late but they still offered me food). If you want a place to sleep and rest near the salto centro you can't ask for a better deal than this.

The hot water took like 5 minutes to come out of the shower. I had to ask at reception to know this, I was afraid there was no hot water at all. But if you know the information then it's not an issue, just let it run for some time. The rooms were really hot, but they had an AC so it didn't really matter. DONT OPEN THE WINDOWS, in the Uruguayan summer opening the windows means you are gonna get swarmed by mosquitoes, just use the AC. Perhaps a window mosquito net (mosquitero) would improve the experience. But with the AC you are mostly covered. You shouldn't drink water from the tap, so you either have to buy some bottles or use the ones in the fridge. But it's not a big issue either. While these are some complains I have they are small and at no point did they undermine my experience.

The staff was good and available. Everything was neat and clean.

There were no vending machines inside the hotel. However there was some alternatives to get snacks outside hotel.

really old ,needs renovation,the location is so good, and they let this hotel to be like hostel..or student house..

Location was convenient, quick access to shopping and restaurants. Room was of a decent size.

Elevator access was through a construction zone, only a temporary reception. No lobby or a place to sit down. Breakfast was poor, no hot food, and the same type of food every day. Toilet area was small and the layout inconvenient. Had to close the door to get to the facilities. Bed mattress was just two singles pushed together, but they kept slipping and sliding apart. Made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement.
